Siva knocked on the manager's cabin door twice before entering to see him on a call and signed her to take a seat which made her sit opposite to him holding her bag as she waited for his call to end.
The manager ended the call and pushed an envelope towards her. She opened the envelope and read the letter frowning before putting it aside calmly "I resigned. I'll be out in two weeks so I can't take this project".
"I know but we'll give you a bonus along with the offer letter for other companies to choose you" The manager explained.
"It's not about money and I've already cracked a job in my university placements" Siva declined.
"That's good for your needs but this project is best for your life" The manager stated.
"What's so best about it?" Siva questioned running out of patience.
"The man you are going to interview is Raja Narsimha Raayala the king of Telangana. I guess you've heard of him" The manager said making her think a bit.
"Fine! But I need my last salary increment upto 25%" Siva proposed making the manager raise his eyebrow.
"This project is a special case that's why our CEO decided to give you a bonus but that doesn't mean all your demands will be accepted" the manager reminded her.
"Really? If CEO himself chose me for this project that means my demands are not much more than his orders , don't you think?" Siva relaxed back into the chair folding her arms.
The manager gritted his teeth controlling his anger "Fine! I'll talk to the board but you've to go there tomorrow for the documentry so make no mistake this is royal family we are talking about" making her smile sweetly at him getting up.
"Thankyou sir, see you soon with my documentry" Siva walked out as the manager called for the board meeting.
"So,have you seen this place before? I heard it's really peaceful" Gaurika asked the photo/videographer Arun.
"Not really but I heard the king is kind-hearted and helps people" Arun said as he looked out of the window to see that they are nearing the station and stood up taking his bags followed by the girls.
"Let's see how kind-hearted he is" Siva commented following Gaurika and Arun towards the exit door of the train.
When they got out of the station a man in his early thirties rushed to them and greeted them politely "Good morning sir, I'm Suri I'm here to take you to the palace. Please follow me" and took the trio's bags and put them in the trunk of the car before getting into the driver's seat while Arun took the passenger seat and the girls sat in the back seats of the car.
Arun took out the camera from the camera bag and started recording a video of the surroundings through the window when Siva asked "Suri Anna, where are you from originally?" which made Arun focus the camera on Suri who's driving.
"I was born and raised here but when my parents died in some clashes between rival village, his majesty took me in and joined me in the school but I declined the education offer and started working for the royal family" Suri explained making Siva nod.
"That's so kind of his majesty" Gaurika said.
"Why did the royal family settle in Maharajavaram and operate everything from here instead of being in the city?" Siva asked.
"It's because of their ancestors and it's been like that just following the forefathers" Suri answered.
"So, what's this rival village everyone's talking about?" Siva asked not caring anything he said.
Suri applied breaks and nodded his head towards an arch on their right where Ramavaram was written on it which made Arun record it before turning to Suri who warned "That's the village you have to stay far away from. The person ruling that village is dangerous" turning the situation eerie before driving towards the opposite arch on the left which has Maharajavaram written on it.
