Since there was only ten days left for the wedding the workers started painting the palace since it's the first wedding after twenty nine years in the palace so everything was carefully done. The decoration and invitations were taken care by the girls while Hima was pampered since she has to be beautiful by the time of her wedding.
The living room was all cleared since the engagement ceremony is going to be held in there. The decorations were taken care by Pallavi while the outfits and jewellery sets are taken care by Mahima and the guests list and invitation by Gaurika and Siva.
The male are to be taken care of outside works like inviting the important guests by going to their houses and financial matters. The palace was soon filled with guests in the next few days which turned out to be a festival. For engagement ceremony the villagers were not invited and was going to be done intimately only with family and few friends.
Mahi and Pallavi helped Hima in getting ready while Siva and Gaurika was with CP since they are from groom's side of the family. By ten in the morning everyone was ready and got down to the living room which was decorated with a simple backdrop and a couch on the dias.

Hima and CP came down together making all the bachelors hoot as their single friend is ready to mingle. Once they came down the photographer continuously clicked their pictures along with the guests who recorded the ceremony to post it in the social media.
After the pooja was done it was time for exchanging rings. After the dias was cleared of pooja things Hima and CP sat on the couch while Gaurika and Pallavi handed them the rings.
CP took the ring and looked at Hima raising his eyebrows making her blink once permitting him to put the ring around her finger and she did the same with the ring she's holding as everyone clapped while the flowers showered from above as Hima grinned.

SP handed a bulk of cash to Siva who walked upto the dias and did rounds with it before handing them to Malli who distributed them among workers as Siva said "Welcome Vadina" which made Hima blush.

After the ring ceremony it was photography session. First the guests had blessed the couple and handed them the gifts one by one. Rudra and Deva politely sent the guests towards the lunch area while the family started taking pictures.
Both the Kings sat opposite to each other while Shekar, Hima's father said "Since Hima is my only child my assets will be hers in the future. But we've to give dowry right before marriage so I'm giving her the villa in Banglore and the two hundred acres in Mysore".
"We only need Hima not the assets. Your daughter will be our daughter soon and everything of Chandu's will be hers too" SP said making everyone smile.
"It's true but we don't want others to degrade our daughter. So please accept the dowry" Chandra said and handed the papers along with the wedding outfits to the groom.
