It was seven thirty in the evening when the group finally reached the palace. No one spoke a word about the incident busy with their own thoughts. Siva slammed the car door hardly and walked into the palace ignoring everyone while Prem immediately went into the security room for the details he ordered to find.
Everyone followed Siva only to stop in the living room hearing all the yelling coming from the man standing in the middle of the living room "She better come home safely else I have power to destroy your careless and arrogant grandson".
Before VR could say a word Deva arrogantly challenged "Why don't you threaten the grandson directly and see what he can do?"
"Mahi..." Arjun turned around to see a pale Mahima standing beside Siva and rushed to her before hugging her tightly.

"When did you come here?" Mahi asked as she hugged him but pulled back looking at his face.
"I wanted to surprise you but your cousin already gave me a big surprise" Arjun gritted out.
"I'm okay! It's not Bava's fault" Mahi said.
"As if" Siva mumbled to herself making Arjun's gaze turn to her.
"Sivatmika! How are you?" Arjun asked and side hugged her making her smile and hug him back.
"I'm fine cousin no worries" Siva said.
"I don't trust you with this family. Especially with him" Arjun said pointing to Deva making her chuckle.
"Hands off!" Deva warned and ordered "Everyone go to your rooms and rest" making everybody follow his orders except Mahi who stood beside Arjun who held her hand not letting her leave.
"Mahi is fine. And I'm sure I can take care of my family very well. I don't need an outsider to teach me" Deva said making Arjun narrow his eyes.
"Arjun!I'm fine and please don't get angry. Baava you go and freshen up too. You must be tired too. Please" Mahi requested making Deva glare at Arjun one last time and walked towards VR.
"Come with me" Mahi said dragging Arjun upstairs ordering Malli to arrange a guest room for Arjun on the way.
"Did you get hurt?" VR asked making Deva hold his hands.
"I'm okay. I'll take care of it. Don't stress yourself" Deva promised making VR nod.
"I trust you Naana" VR said making Deva's lips twitch while VR continued "Rest for now. Malli will call you when dinner is ready" which made Deva get up and go upstairs.
Siva stood under the shower thinking back to the incidents happened during the trek and sighed tired of everything that happened since she came here and washed herself thoroughly before turning off the shower and walked out of the stall rubbing herself with the towel and walked out of the bathroom and into the closet.

Siva dressed into her night wear throwing the towel in the hamper before walking out of the closet only to get startled by Deva who's sitting on the bed looking seriously making her pat the middle of her chest scolding "What are you doing here?"
Deva turned his head to her only to narrow his eyes at her legs asking "Why are wearing such clothes in winter?"
"My body, my wish. And you didn't answer my question till now" Siva said walking to the mirror and sat down before it applying the body lotion to her hands.
Siva put away the lotion after applying it to her legs and stood up saying "You better leave I need my privacy" and turned around only to come face to face with Deva who stood near her making her move back and held onto the dressing table.
