If you guys didn't know, I'm basing Band Camp and the show off of what I do in my school. Yes, I am in the Marching and I do play the Mellophone like Lauryn, but there is actually six of us, and one of them is my Boyfriend. We actually did a show called the Dream Show, but I didn't get the solo I the third part. It went to a Junior that I look up to greatly. Okay, chapter time! Love you all like I love Mac'n'cheese!!

"It's called Hide'n'seek."
What? Why are we playing a kids game? Honestly, everyone in this damn band is an immature child. But I guess I was one of those immature children because I was here.
Savannah was the next one to talk. "I need all section leaders and drill instructors to meet outside."
I grumbled. I was both of the things, just because I was the older one, but to be totally honest, we were about the same in ability.
"Come on Lauryn." Jet exclaimed, grabbing onto my hand that wasn't holding the water bottle he had given to me moments ago. "You're are going to love this game."
Actually, no, I'm not sure I will. I've always hated this game. I noticed that Cadence was walking out along with all of us. She and Jet were probably going to tell us the rules. Of course they would do that together. They do everything together. But what would you expect? They were in a relationship after all.
I had a feeling she didn't quite like me. I did hang out with Jet quite a lot, but honestly, I saw him as my first best guy friend. It made me happy, considering I haven't ever had a friend beside my cat, which I was still mad about.
The brunette glared at me, but I didn't really care. HE was my best friend, and I wasn't going to take shit from her.
"The rules of the game are simple. You all hide, and in about five minutes, we release the sections. They have forty five minutes to look for as many people as possible. You are only caught if a member of the section can tag you, so you can run and hide again. The section with the most point win and they get the spirit stick for a day." Cadence started, standing in the front of the group.
Jet walked away from me and moved over to her, continuing what she was saying. "The point system are as follows," He pulled out a piece of paper from his pocket, "Section Leaders and Drill Instructors are worth twenty points."
I instantly raised my hand.
"Yes Lauryn?" Cadence spitted out with venom laced in her voice. Did I tell you she didn't like me?
"Since I'm both, do I count as forty points?" I asked, ignoring the way she was treating me.
Jet smiled at me. "Just wait and your question will be answered. " He responded. I gave a confused look and almost objected, but he gave me a look that made me just stop. Like, even my heart stopped for a second. What was that look for? What was his intense gaze filled with. I nodded, shutting my mouth for the time being.
