Fifth Year (Spring Time)

Okay, there's John Sherlock thinks to himself when he sees John studying in the library, You are going to go up to him and tell him that you have are romantically attracted to him. Don't tell him that you love him, not yet. I need to wait to say that. Mycroft has confirmed that John has a crush on me so I just need to ask him for a date. Why am I so damn nervous? You know he likes- Wait, what?

Sherlock sees two girls approach John. The girls talk to John and then sit down at the table with him. John turns around and sees Sherlock and waves him over. Sherlock walks over and sits down. He now sees that the two girls and Molly Hopper and Sarah Sawyer. Both girls are Hufflepuffs and Sherlock can tell Molly has a crush on him as soon as he starts walking towards the table. Sarah, on the other hand, seems to like John. Sherlock doesn't seem to notice until he sits down but it seems John likes Sarah as well. Mycroft you idiot! Sherlock thinks to himself.

"Hi" Molly says somewhat quietly "I'm-"

"Molly Hooper, I know" Sherlock interrupts and the girl blushes and smiles slightly

"Well I presume you know who I am as well then" Sarah says "And Molly and I were just wondering if you two would like to go on a double date with us. You with Molly and John and I would be together"

"No" Sherlock says annoyed and slightly angered, although he does not let his anger show in his voice or face

"Sherlock!" John hisses to Sherlock in a way of scolding

"Molly, I assure you it is not you or anything you did, to explain it to simply, I'm gay" Sherlock says sounding oddly formal to John

Molly blushes bright red and mumbles apologizes and leaves the table

"I-I um" Sarah stutters, looking like a deer caught in headlights

"If you two would still like to go on a date then feel free to" Sherlock says with his chest and throat feeling tight

"Oh- um... Alright then" John stutters "Would you still like to go on a date Sarah?" John asks, but he is heartbroken. Sherlock basically told him to go on a date with someone else. Sure, John found Sarah attractive but he loves Sherlock more then anything. John was starting to think Sherlock might like him back ever since that night in winter they spent curled up by the fire, but no. John thinks You idiot! Of course he doesn't like you. You don't have a chance with him...
