By that point, classes had become nothing more than another one of Victoria's burdens. It was almost like someone had pinched out the girl's once burning passion for education and replaced it with a nagging sense of obligation.

That became even more true after she came to be somewhat of an Easton anomaly after a trolly accident that wound her up with a walking stick. Her miraculous recovery, coupled with Easton's uneventful campus, made her what they called 'Easton's Greatest Angel of the Eighties. Although, being that it was only '83, that wasn't saying very much.

Yes, the life of Bianchi always had to be filled with twists and turns. Just as the monotony had reached a point where even miss goodie-two-shoes was contemplating playing hooky, she was offered an opportunity at an grand escape; just one, long night of reckless and hedonistic debauchery.

A friend of the girl's, the one who had a seemingly endless persistence to call her Vicky despite her less than favorable opinion of the nickname, had invited her to a dorm party being hosted later that night. Though she hadn't much time to prepare, the brunette hastily agreed, anxious to get out of the bland and uneventful halls of her studious floor and desperate not to spend another night in her cramped little twin bed.

That friend, the bubble blonde Amanda, was more than willing to help the girl gussy herself up with the extensive use of her new limitless credit card. Her justification?

"Well... It's 1983! The year of the pig! Greed and wealth and whatnot! Oh, come on, Vicky, live a little! It only comes around every 12 years. Don't let it go to waste. It's gonna be great!"

The two really girls really were polar opposites.

After clearing out Saks and spending what felt like half a calendar year at the Mac counter, Amanda finally deemed her 'a knockout'. All that was left was a head full of hot rollers, a back comb and an entire can of Aqua Net. Ah, the kitsch glitz and glamor of the 1980's.

The ride back to campus from the blonde's extravagant Uptown high rise apartment was a buzzed haze. The two spend about a half hour pregaming in the kitchen, and we're still taking shots in the backseat of Amanda's cherry red Ferrari as her chauffeur proved his utter disregard for traffic laws. Yellow was green, red was green, and, of course, green was greener.

The driver complete his given task of picking a fight to distract campus security with ease, most likely with the help of his thick Polish accent, so it wasn't so much of a burden to sneak themselves into the boy's dorms at such late hours of the night. The unremarkable halls were much more of a task to navigate, but the girls eventually found themselves at room #342, the site of the happening, as they say.
