Chapter 19. Paintings

I turn around and see xavier he stands there confused

"Wh-what are you doing here?!" He asks
"N-nothing and stay away from me" I say
"Why are you in here?" He asks
"Why is there this weird drawing?! And why is there me you Ajax and Bianca in it?!" I say
"I- well I was having these...dreams and I just had to draw it and that's what I drew" he says as he sits down on his stool
"Is something going to happen?" I ask
"N-no!!" He says

I start to move around I look at the paintings there were two other ones covered with a sheet. I pull down the first

"No!! Maya!!" He says as I pulled it

But it revealed a monster?

"What is this?" I say
"I had a bad dream and that's what was in it" he say
"Mhm" I say as I moved down to the second covered one
"Maya don't pull I-" but I pull it down and the painting was of Rowens body
"What the fuck?!" I say
"Maya just understand it's not what it looks like!!" He says
"I KNOW WHAT YOU DID YOU KILL ROWEN ONE NIGHT!! I SAW YOU IN THE FOREST!!" I say
"Maya your crazy" he says as he walks towards me "see it wasn't necessary me" he says with a smile
"Th-then who was it?!" I say
"Him" Xavier says as he starts to bring the monster to life and it starts to come up to me.
I felt frozen and watched in horror as the monster came closer. I then felt someone pull my arm. The monster started to run towards us and Ajax screamed

"MAYA CMON RUN!!" As he pulls my arm and runs with
"I-I AM" I say
We run fast we could still hear the loud footsteps behind us but we didn't look back. When we got back to our room we were out of breath.
"W-what we're you doing out there?!" Ajax says
"A-Ajax im sorry" I say but notice his arm is bleeding
"WHAT?!" He says after I've been staring at his for a couple minutes
"Your arms bleeding" I say
"Shit!!" He says as he walks to the bathroom
"Let me help you" I say as I walk towards him
"Okay" he said as he sits on the counter and puts his arm on his leg

I get out some hydrogen peroxide, Cotten balls and a towel and then a bandage that you wrap your arm in

"It'll hurt a bit" I say as I put the peroxide on a cotton ball
"Sure" he says
"Okay don't say I didn't warn you" I say as I put the cotton ball on his arm
"OWWW!!!" He says as he jerks his arm away
"C'mon let me finish cleaning it up" I say as I take his arm
"Fine" he says
I look at his arm after I finish
"Does it hurt a lot? It was kind of big" I say
"No not a lot" he says as he hops down from the counter and gives me a kiss
"I think I'll just take a nap" he says as he goes and lays on his bed "please don't go anywhere" he says
"Okay" I say
"Promise?" He says
"Yeah...promise" I say as I lay down next to him
"Put on a movie okay? And wake me up in an hour or two I want to go get dinner" he says as he faces my way
"Got it" I say as I give him a kiss then turn on the tv and put on a Christmas movie
