Them ft. Xavier Thorpe and Ajax Petropolus

Chapter 20.

It's been a month we're in January now. I wake up early I want to surprise Ajax with some coffee.
I get up quietly and put on Ajax's hoodie and but up the hood then slid on my slides and quietly left.

As I walk in silence after a couple minutes I arrive at the shop.

"Your usual?" Tyler asks
"Yes" I say as I sit down
As he starts to make the coffee he asks "if you don't mind me asking what happened to the other guy?"
"Oh we just- kinda...grew apart" I say
"Oh ok" he says

Then moments later hands me the two coffees then puts the two croissants in a bag

"Have a nice day" he says
"You too!!" I say as I walk out the door and head to the room

I get to the room a couple minutes later and open the door quietly.

"Good morning!!" I say as I put down the coffee and croissants and open the blinds
"Nooo five more minutes" he says
"But I got coffeeeee" I say he still lays down his face in the pillow "and a croissant" I say he lifts his head
"Fine" he says "thank you"
"Your welcome" I say as I hand him his stuff and sit next to him
"So now that we're up what do you want to do?" Ajax asks
"Maybe go on a walk?" I say
"Maybeeee" he said as he took a sip of his coffee

Around thirty minutes later we were getting ready to go on a walk.

"You ready?" He asks
"Yup" I say
He opens the door for me and then when he closes it I put my arm through his. As we walk I admire the snow, I love how it looks. After around 10 minutes of walking around Ajax asks
"Do you want to sit down?"
"Yes" I say as we sit on the deck from where people would jump off to swim in during summer
I lay on his shoulder and we sit there but it was relaxing and further away I could hear children playing.
"I love you" I say
"I love you too" he says as he kisses my head

As I adjusted my head onto Ajax's shoulder I closed my eyes. But all I could see was the painting. The way it had me Ajax, Bianca and Xavier and the way nevermore was practically gone was haunting me.
After thirty minutes we went back in. We didn't have any classes today so when we got back I took a nap while Ajax played some video games.

Later when I woke up Ajax didn't notice. I gave him a kiss on his cheek he immediately put down the controller
"Hey" he said
"Hi" I say "what are you playing?" I ask
"Call of Duty" he says
"How do you play?" I ask
"Come here I'll show you" he says
I sit in between his legs he puts his arms around me and puts the controller in my hand he was showing me what all the buttons did. After a couple minutes I got the hang of it.
"There you go!!" Ajax said

And that's what we did for the rest of the day we stayed inside and played video games.
