you have the lungs and you have the will to use them for as long as you want it. it's easy if you could just accept it.
just because you have your goddamn lungs and you have the will to your own body does not, in any way, mean that breathing is easy! sure, i've been doing it my whole life, and yeah, maybe there are other things much more complicated than this, but it's not fucking easy. it's not ever 'just' simple.
