I Do not own any of the characters or places mentioned, I am just having a bit of fun with them for a little while!

This story was written in correlation with MagicofNarnia's posted prompt list, which also does not belong to me.

Sorry this is so late, today was really busy.

Peter age, 13
Susan age, 12
Edmund age, 11
Lucy age, 9
Alex age, 11

Peter glanced at his siblings and then back at the sky. Everyone was quiet as they remembered Christmas in Narnia. Usually they were happy and joyful around this time of year, and he did love to see them safe and happy. But now, everyone was solemn and sad.

It was their first Christmas back in England and they were feeling kind of homesick and lonely. Because even though Christmas here in England was wonderful in its own way, it was nothing compared to a Narnian Christmas, and all its wonderful beauty.

And Peter really missed the fun he and his siblings would have on Christmas day; laughing and talking, and just having a jolly good time.

Susan especially remembered the parties and balls she had helped organize and smiled wistfully; they really had been a lot of fun; especially when one of her siblings helped out.

There were choices to be made, decorations to be put up, cleaning to be done, and outfits to be made, and Susan loved every minute of it.

She would have given just about anything to be back there, doing the monotonous mountain of invitations, boring though it had been.

In Edmunds opinion though, they had no need to invite all those people, put up all those decorations, and just plain not put up so much fuss about decorating more than half the castle.

But that was just his opinion and he had never been one to put up a lot of fuss over the decorations, and he had also never liked big crowds of people.

Something he really did like doing though, was sitting in front of the fire with his family, drinking hot chocolate.

But it was Lucy who absolutely loved snow. She liked making snow angels, snow men and snow forts. She loved snowball fights, and she also just liked walking in it, and looking back and seeing her tracks. She liked sitting by the window and watching it fall, and studying the snowflakes intricate designs.

And when it was all over, she delighted in coming inside after a long time of being outside and sitting by fire and getting all nice and toasty warm, again.

And then, on Christmas eve, when all was quiet and everyone was snuggled in bed, she loved to dream about the next days activities, and the fun she and her siblings would have.

One of Alex's favorite things was the suspense leading up to Christmas day about what his presents would be and the excitement in tearing them open to see what was inside.

Than their was also the task of keeping his presents for his siblings a secret; they liked walking in at random moments, hoping to catch him off guard!

Then their was the fun of finding gifts for each of his siblings, and or making them, "for Alex did love doing crafts", as well as pretty much any kind of art Narnia had to offer.

And as each of them stood together in the snow on the night of Christmas Eve, they looked up and imagined the same December sky they had seen in Narnia, and smiled.
