"bella can you fix my hair please?" charles asked me with his puppy eyes staring straight into my soul. the post race interviews had already started, starting with lando as he finished third in the race. i flashed him a smile before fixing his hair a little, and pecking his nose when i was finished.
"i want to look good for the cameras, you know?"
"of course baby, i mean you did win the grand prix and looked amazing doing so"
next up in the interviews was carlos, and he hugged isa before walking up to the interviewer. i'm really proud of the ferrari boys and lando today, they did a really great job. it must be fun for them standing on the podium all together. max didn't finish the race; he crashed with his teammate, leaving both of them with DNFs. i mean, sad for them i guess, but for charles and ferrari this is best case scenario.
the championship is close now, and it will probably be decided in abu dhabi. my money is on charles. he gave me a peck on the forehead and whispered an "i love you" in my ear before walked up to the interviewer. i watched him do the interview, and i can see his confidence is starting to come back. he really deserves this.
