In this au, MK gets a second chance to go back in time to how the events of s3 started, so he can find a way to prevent Mei from becoming the samadhi fire. Although MK will still have his memories from the events of s3, the others, including Wukong...
Outside of the van, the scorpion demon continues to damage the van in order to get to Pigsy and Tang. Meanwhile in the van, Monkey King is still meditating, Pigsy has a worried sweat going down his face, while Tang is hiding behind on of the seats.
Tang: "We're all gonna die! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!" He shouted in panic, as he then grabbed Pigsy's shoulders. "The two of us aren't good for the action stuff, Pigsy. We're sidekicks at best, and you know it." He finished in a worried tone.
Pigsy then looked at Monkey King, and with no other choice, he went to go wake up Monkey King, as he shoved Tang's arms off. Pigsy then proceeds to grab Monkey King's scarf, and yanked him up as Pigsy has an angry face, while Monkey King is sleeping while drooling.
Tang: "W-W-Wait, Pigsy! It's-" He tried to warn him with his hands out, but Pigsy cut him off.
Pigsy: "Dangerous to wake someone from a transcendental meditation. I know, I know!" He said. He then began to shake Monkey King to get him to wake up, while Tang has a worried look as he gripped his hair. "But so is whatever is out there!" He finished as he continued to wake Monkey King, but the scorpion demoness banged on the van again, causing Pigsy to let go of Monkey King, as both Tang and Pigsy stumbled back a bit.
As Tang stumbled back to a table, he felt something on his right hand. As he turned his head to see what it was, and saw a double bladed crescent dagger. He then picked it up and inspected it out of curiosity.

Tang: "Uh, Pigsy." He called out as Pigsy looked at him. "Where did this come from?" He questioned in a worried tone as he holds out the dagger, since both of them know that a dagger isn't going to help them in their current situation. But then, the dagger began to glow, causing Tang to startle a bit as he drop it. Right when the dagger dropped to the floor, it began to flash, causing Pigsy and Tang to cover their eyes.
After a few seconds, the flashing light stopped, and as soon as they opened their eyes, they now have happy/hopeful faces when they saw MK, Mei, Sandy, and Mei's parents.
Pigsy and Tang: "Guys!!!" They both said in a cheerful tone, as they hugged them in relief.
Sandy: "Hey, Pigsy and Tang." He said in a happy tone.
Mei: "What did we miss?" She questioned, as Pigsy and Tang now have worried looks on their faces again as they let them go.
Pigsy: "We got a problem." He said in a worried tone.
Tang: "When we found out that you all weren't in the van, some demon appeared from the woods and attacked us, AND NOW IT'S TRYING TO GET IN!!!" He said in a panic tone, while shouting the last part out.
