Day One: Training

I woke up. I looked around at my surrounding and realized I'm still in the airplane. I snuggled up close to Lucas. "Morning beautiful. How was your sleep." He said stroking my hair. "My sleep was good. Did you get any sleep at all." I said stroking his hand. "I sure did. I slept very well." He said smiling.

I smiled back at him. I stood up a little to see how Maya and Bradley were doing. They were so cute when snuggling up next to each other. "Looks like there still sleeping." I said. I looked out at the window and noticed that it was sunlight. "Passengers, please sit and buckle down. We're close to landing in New York." The captain said. "Looks like its time." I said buckling.

Lucas nodded his head and did the same thing. I shook Maya's leg through the opening gap of the chair. "What's happening??" She said. "We're landing now." I said. She woke up Bradley and he instantly woke up quickly. "What happened?" He said rubbing his eyes. "We're landing in New York." I said. He smiled and nodded his head.

The plane landed a bit rocky, but we landed safe. As the plane finally landed we waited for people who's in front to leave. "Alright guys, our first plan is to head to my apartment and drop our stuff off there." I said as we exited the plane. "Alright Riles. Let's go." Maya said.

We finally arrived at my apartment. As we came into my apartment, everything was dead silent. "Mom, are you there?" I said looking around. I gave my friends a worried look. Everything was in place. We all walked upstairs to see if anyone is up here. "Let's split up." I said.

"Maya, you check my parents room. Bradley, you check downstairs. Lucas you check my brothers room." I said. All three of them nodded their heads and I smiled. Alright...time to check my room. I inspected my room and everything was in place.

I crept slowly to my closet. Why should I be nervous around my closet? I've never been afraid. I took a breath and opened it. There was my dad sat in the closet wrapped up. "DAD!!" I said untying him. Then I removed the tape from his mouth. He was breathing heavily. "RILEY!! AM I GLAD TO SEE YOU!!" He said. I looked at his neck. It was all bloody. "Dad, what happened to your neck!!" I said walking to the bathroom.

"This crazy girl came through your window, well more like breaking into your window. But anyways, she took Auggie and mother." He said. As he said those words, angered we're rising in me. How dare she take my poor innocent brother and my mother. I came back out and placed a wet towel on his neck. Everyone came into the room.

"What happened!!??" Lucas said rushing in. I looked at him. "Your crazy ex-girlfriend took my brother and mother!!" I said yelling. Oh why is this happening. "I'm...I'm...sorry. I promise you I will get your brother and mother back." He said. I cooled down a little. "Dad, please stay here. We are going to find mother and Auggie." I said. Dad looked at me and cried. "I can't lose you too Riles." He said. I rubbed his back in circles. "Don't you worry. I'm not letting that witch hurt our family." I said standing up.

"You're so strong." He said hugging me one last time. "Dad call the cops ASAP, okay?" I said. He nodded his head and I stood up. I faced my friends. "Well guys. I'll have to go solo for this mission." I said. Lucas grabbed my arms. "No. I am coming with you. This is my fault for dating that witch." He said. "We're coming along too. Wether you like it or not." Maya said showing her fierceness. Bradley stood next to her and nodded his head. I waved goodbye to my father. "Guys. I know a perfect place to find weapons and great training too." Maya said.

We walked out of my apartment and headed to a deli shop? "Maya, why are we at a deli shop?" I said showing my confusion look. "This is no ordinary deli shop. Inside I have my best friend who's friend of a spy." She said. This confused me even more. Maya looked at me and smiled. "You'll see once we head inside." She said. I looked at her and nodded.
