Forever & Always

Riley
After the fundraising we did, I was feeling great and couldn't wait to go to school tomorrow.

~MONDAY~

I arrived at school and saw Lucas kissing Missy. OMG!! I cannot believe those two were kissing! I turned and look at Maya with those sad eyes.
"What happened?" She asked giving me her worried look.
"Lucas and Missy are kissing!" I said running away.
I couldn't dare to look back.

Maya
After I heard the news, I walked into the room and walked right up to Lucas.
"What the hell?!! Lucas why are you kissing this brat?" I said yelling at him.
"Well, Riley and I don't have a connection anymore. He said shrugging his shoulder.
"What's that suppose to mean?!" I asked.
"I saw Joshua sneak into Riley's apartment and saw them hug." He said pointing to Joshua.
"That's not what it looks like Lucas! I went to her apartment to apologize about the kiss!" He said.
I looked at Lucas.
"WOW LUCAS! OVERREACTING MUCH?" I said heading out the door.

I found Riley hiding in the corner in the girls bathroom sobbing to herself.

"Lucas misunderstood about the situation." I said sitting down next to her.
"What do you mean?" She asked her head perking up.
"Lucas thought you and Joshua like eachother." I said.
"WHAT!? Joshua was just apologizing to me for kissing me in front of Lucas, and he mentioned that Lucas and I make a cute couple." She said.
I smoothed her back and leaned my head onto her shoulder.

Lucas
I watched as Maya stumbled up to me.

"What the hell Lucas?!!! Lucas why are you kissing this brat?" She said getting all up in my face.

"Riley and I don't have a connection anymore." I said shrugging my shoulder.

She was confused and I started telling her what happened.

Then Joshua butt in on this conversation.

"That's not what it looks like Lucas! I went to her apartment to apologize about the kiss!" He said raising his hand.

I watched as Maya headed out the door. I couldn't believe I overreacted about that. I felt so stupid I smacked my head with my palms.

I should've listened to my conscious. I took Missy off my laps and waited for Riley to come back.

Missy
I walked in until then I felt someone turning me around to face them. It was Lucas. He leaned in and was kissing me with passion. I decided to sit on his lap and continue kissing. It felt like we've been kissing for five minuets until our lips broke apart. I looked up and it was Maya yelling at Lucas about something. I didn't pay any attention to them because I kept thinking about our kiss we had.

Riley
"Come on Riley, let's head back to class." Maya said pulling me up.
I stood up and we walked back to World History. I couldn't dare to look at Lucas when I arrived.
"I'm so sorry Riley! I missed understood about this whole situation."Lucas said.
I kept ignoring him and started to listening to my dad.

I ignored Lucas throughout school.
The whole school day, I was dreading for it to end, and the last bell has rung.

I arrived at home and decided to do my homework in my room. I worked on World History and my other class subject. I heard a knock on the window and saw Lucas outside.

"Go away!" I said.
"PLEASE JUST OPEN THE WINDOW!!" He said.

I hesitated and decided to open the window. He then came in.

"I'm really sorry about what happened earlier. I guess I was jealous when your with another boy." He said.
"Why overreact? I always will love you." I said flustered.
"You...you love me?" He said stuttering.
"Yes! There I said it. I never loved anyone, but I LOVE YOU." I said.
"I love you too Riles!" He said.
"If you did love me you wouldn't go behind my back kissing Missy or any other girl." I said.
"I promise! That will never happened. Can we go back to being girlfriends and boyfriends?" He asked.

I thought for a moment and can't decide.
Should I become his girlfriend? I said in my head.

"No, you were hurt by him."
"But should I give him a second chance?"
"No way! Just tell him we just like to be friends...for now."
I knew what I have to do.
"Is it okay if we start off as being friends?" I said.
"If it makes you happy, then we can be friends." He said.
"I would like that." I said smiling.

Lucas headed out the window and said...
"You and I will always be together Forever&Always." He said.
I couldn't help, but to smile brightly. I looked at my ring and smiled.

Lucas
When I exited her window, I noticed her blushing hard. Even if were back to being friends, I will find a way to make her fall in love with me again.
