Jungwon POV
I looked at the phone screen.
"Wait move back, I can't see anything." I groaned.
He moved back and the words on the screen became clearer.
"Enhypen Jungwon rumoured to be dating IVE Wonyoung." I read out loud, not processing what I had just read.
"Okay I know it's not true and all but..." Sunoo went on as I grabbed my phone.
My only thought at that moment was to call Yujin.
I ran outside and dialled her number.
"Yes?" She answered.
"Did you see the new statement dispatch released?" I asked.
"Oh yeah, I saw it." She sighed.
"Your not upset right?" I asked.
"Why would I be? You can't ever avoid these kind of stuff in this industry anyway, and plus I know it isn't real because your with me everyday so... it kind of... isn't possible?" She laughed.
"Okay, that's good..." I sighed.
"It would be kinda stupid of me to get mad over this anyways..." She said.
I nodded.
"Anyways you should get some rest, I'm sure sleeping with me on a hospital bed wasn't really the best experience." She laughed.
I let out a laugh as well.
"Don't think too much about it okay? Rest well." She said soothingly.
"I love you." I let out.
"What did you say?" She giggled.
"I said I love you." I repeated.
"Yah! You said that so suddenly!" She squealed.
"What about it?" I laugh.
"It makes my heart... Argh whatever! I'm hanging up!" She laughed and hung up.
I laugh as I placed my phone into the pocket of my sweatpants.
I turned around to see the door open and 5 faces peeping through the gap.
"Oh shit..." I thought.
"Dinner table. Now." Heeseung demanded.

Sunoo and I sat on one side of the table as the other 5 of the members sat on the other side.
"Explain." Jay said.
I sat there in silence, knowing that I have betrayed my whole group.
"Hyung..." Sunoo started.
"You were in on this too, explain both of you." Heeseung added.
Sunoo glanced at me.
"Guys..." Niki started.
"Not now, Niki." Jake said.
I glanced at Jake, who was now tearing up.
I looked back down at my hands.
Just then, my phone started ringing.
I looked up at the 5 of them sitting across me.
"You can pick it up." Sunghoon said.
I took my phone out of my pocket and picked up the call.
"Won, I accidentally took the sweatshirt we bought for you, do you want me to head over and pass it to you?" Yujin asked over the phone.
"Not right now, I'm kinda... busy?" I said as I looked around the room.
"Ah okay then, don't pressure yourself, aish it must be hard for you." She sighed.
"Anyway-" I got cut off.
"You should sleep early today, okay?" She continued.
"I will, don't worry... I have to go now, see you." I said.
"Oh right, you were busy, bye!" She sighed and I quickly ended the call.
I turned back to look at my members.
"Why didn't you tell us, hyung?" Niki asked.
"Your our leader and you know damn well we can't date." Heeseung added.
"I mean we are a team, the least you could have done was let us know, right?" Sunghoon sighed.
"Or at least tell me, when I visited her at the hospital, when I told you guys I liked her, when I told you that I would do anything for her. The least you could have done was told me so that I could stop liking her and move on." Jake said, in tears as Niki continuously patted his shoulder.
"Why did you let me fall for her?" He asked.
I looked up.
"Guys, I think it's enough, we all get it." Sunoo said, trying to stop the conversation.
"The nights where you would come back late, you were with her right?" Jay asked.
"Hyung, that's too far." Sunoo said again.
I looked down again as I fiddled with my hands.
"You should break up with her." Jay added.
I teared up upon hearing this.
The thought of not having Yujin by my side, I just couldn't stand it.
"It's gonna damage our whole groups career and potentially hers." Jay added.
"Hyung, enough." Sunoo said, visibly upset.
"Hyung how could you say that to him?" Niki said.
I felt a tear drop onto my hand.
Then another.
Another...
I was crying...
Not because I was stressed but because of the words of my members.
The words of the members I loved so dearly.
My family.
How could they say this to me?
"I agree with Jay." Heeseung added.
"So do I." Sunghoon added.
"Guys, just stop." Sunoo said as I felt his arm on my back as he patted soothingly.
"You were in this too." Heeseung said.
"Guys, I know your upset but please stop, I'm sure he gets it." Niki sighed.
I stayed silent for a bit.
Then, I stood up.
I slammed my hands on the table and sniffled.
"I love her! I'll never break up with her even if it means it will affect my career, If your not happy with it and if it ever somehow affects our career, I'll leave the group. Happy? I'm sure it will solve all your problems." I shouted and stormed off to my room.
"How could you say that!" Jay shouted.
"Hyung!" Niki called out.
I quickly shut the door and locked it.
I turned and pressed my back to the door and slid to the floor.
Betrayal was all I could think about.
I've never felt more betrayed in my life.
