When I got home, I quickly showered and dashed todo my makeup. I applied mascara on my long lashes, a little bit of blush and highlighter. I applied Rouge d'Armani in an intense red shade to my lips before straightening my damp brown hair that reached above my waist. I looked in the mirror and was very pleased with how I looked.
I decide to wear a black bralette that exposed my cleavage, long leather pants, and a jacket that hung over my shoulders.
Looking one last time at myself in the mirror, I was extremely satisfied. just then, my phone started to beep, notifying me that Elena has arrieved.
I walked through the door and got into the passenger seat of her Audi SUV.
"Damn girl, you have got quite a rack on you." she said grinning, complimenting my breast. "Loose the jacket, will you?"
"Nah I am good."
"Have you decided on a designer to wear to Sophie and Zackary's event?"
"Sophie and my mother said they'd take care of it, "I replied nonchalantly.
"Hmm." it was a short car ride to the club and since we were the VIPs, we didn't have to wait in the long line at the entrance.
Loud music was playing in the background as people swayed their hips to the music. we make our way to the VIP booth which was surprisingly buzzing with people as well. The lighting is subdued, the wall is dark, and the furniture is a deep red. there are booths flanking on either sides of the wall and a large U shaped bar in the middle. The waitresses were serving out drinks, which I graciously declined.
"Welcome back, love." an oddly familiar voice whispered in my ears, making me straddle and turn back.
I turn and grasp. Kevin, Brian, and Sawyer are all standing together, holding their champagne fltues.
"Surprise" they yell.
"What?When?" I mumble inarticulately, trying to contain my shock and delight
"oh my god," I exclaimed, wrapping my arms around Kevin and hugging him. I've missed him terribly. He pulls away and kiss the side of my head so do brian and sawyer. Old habits don't die easily.
"I remember you were cute but fu*ck", Brian said eyeing me up and down, earning a slap from Kevin on the back of his head.
I chuckled. "Dude!" He hissed, rubbing the spot where Kevin had hit him.
I glance around for Eiden but unfortunately couldn't spot him.
"He had to cancel last minute for a business meeting in dubai." Sawyer replied as he could read my mind. i nod, disappointed.
"How long are you going to be here?" Kevin asked.
"I'm not sure." i say taking my jacket off. "I'm finished with my classes; only my internship and thesis paper are due, so I don't have a deadline to return to New York."
