Izuku watched Shinso walk away. He had to admit he was not as stressed as he had been a while ago. He felt a warm hand on his shoulder and gazed beside him to see that Shoji was pointing back at one of the booths. They took one and sat down.

Things were awkward. Neither of them said a word, just had their hands on their lap wringing them over and over again.

Izuku couldn't stand it anymore, he reached for the crayons and blank pieces of paper and set to work on his design. He wiped the paper of excess shavings before grabbing it off the table. "Look at my drawing."

"What is that?"

"It's a dog." Izuku said, kind of hurt. "You can't tell?"

"No I can't."

"I'd like to see you do a better job than I can."

"Alright, you're on." Shoji took his own paper and crayons. "How do we judge?"

"Best two out of three wins."

"What will we be drawing?"

"Horse, cat and…" Izuku tapped a crayon on his chin in thought. "Dinosaur. Go!" The focus shifted towards their work instead of each other. Both trying to prove their artistic skills were actually good. The first drawing broke the ice between them. The second actually had Izuku move from his side of the booth over to sit next to Shoji. Trying to be nice and give him pointers with both his previous drawings to help him get better.

They sat so close that arms brushed together, though neither one felt the need to move away from the comfortableness that was now surrounding them.

When they were done they showed off their dinosaurs. Without thinking it through they went in for the attack "ROAR!" They growled as both papers collided with each other, eyes met and laughter erupted. The papers fell unnoticed, leaving hands connected.

"Adorable." Shoji remarked putting another hand against Izuku's cheek who rested himself into the touch. For a brief moment Izuku swore Shoji was leaning in, in fact he was but then he stopped, retracted his hands and twisted back towards the table. "Sorry."

"No it's fine." Izuku told him. "Really I don't mind."

"I just don't want to overstep any boundaries."

"If I'm uncomfortable I'll tell you." Izuku said. He gazed at Shoji's appendages. "Mind if I touch your arms?"

"Go ahead."

Izuku proceeded to use one finger as he delicately traced each of the ones that faced his side in turn causing Shoji to shudder with a low gasp. He placed his palm on an arm. "Shoji, why do you wear your mask like that?"

"You see how many arms I have, so you must know that I'm not a human being like yourself. Monsters like me who were born from human parents. I was considered a mutant, a freak, the devil's son. I was beaten, scarred and left for dead just because I saved a young girl from drowning in a well. This mask is my protection, not from myself, but from those around me seeing the ugliness that has befallen me, so they do not recoil in fear and disgust."

"May I see?" Izuku asked.

Shoji searched the room, they were alone but any moment now others that were in search of sexual pleasures would come to use the rest of the rooms here. He didn't want to cause a scene. Besides he couldn't let someone he was growing fonder to see him. Not if they weren't chosen.

His phone buzzed then. He flipped it open and widened his eyes at the color on the screen. This notified him when his master was happy, satisfied, irritated or hated his choices.

Shoji was staring at a color he'd never seen him ever pick before. It was gold. Meaning he was beyond satisfied and wouldn't be on the hunt for anyone else.

"I'll show you but, do you mind if we go into one of the rooms? I'm not too fond of being out in the open like this if I'm about to reveal myself."

"Lead the way."

Shoji ushered Izuku inside and shut the door. "I'm going to lock it in the event that we may be interrupted."

"Okay." Izuku said happily.

Shoji removed himself from the locked door over to where Izuku sat upon the bed.

"Don't worry." Izuku placed a palm on Shoji's shoulder after seeing him hesitate. "I won't run away."

"Everyone else has."

"What about your master?"

"He's been very kind to me and not pestered about keeping it on." One of his digits created a mouth that spoke. "And since I can create these he doesn't seem to mind."

"You know what Shoji, you don't have to do this. I was curious and wasn't thinking how you'd feel. I'm not going to force you to reveal yourself if you aren't ready, and I hope I didn't make you feel like you absolutely had to. We can just go back out and-"

"Wait." Shoji said gently, grabbing Izuku's wrist as he turned to go walking out the door. "You're not pressuring me into anything. I want to do this. Just, just give me a moment."

He let go of Izuku and stepped back a few paces until his calves touched the bed. With one final ounce of courage Shoji carefully peeled off the cloth surrounding part of his shoulders, neck and the underside of his face until he was fully and truly exposed.

Izuku gasped.

"Like I said." Shoji sighed as he bent down to sit on the bed. "I'm not human. Just a wolf trying to hide himself amongst the rest of the sheep. A very poorly disguised sheep." He sighed. He stopped looking at Izuku after he sat down. "A horribly disfigured monster."

"Shoji." Izuku murmured gently. He flinched when Izuku put a hand against his face. "Look at me." Shoji didn't move. "Look at me." Izuku said soothingly, putting a hand on the other side of his face. He finally did so, as he was curious. "The only monsters I see were the ones that did this to you." Izuku cried. "People lash out at things they are frightened by. And I'm truly very sorry for that but…you're not a monster Shoji. Not to me. For you to have gone through all this." He said of all the scars Shoji has everywhere. "And surviving…takes great courage and an outstanding will. You're amazing, you're brave. You are many things Shoji, but you'll never be a monster."

Shoji's emotions got the better of him. He wasn't thinking when he stood up wrapped his hands around Izuku and stood close against him mouth to mouth with Izuku pinned against the wall.
