3rd person pov:
"Are you really staying the night?" The ravenette asked. The latter hummed as he brushed to long black locks of hair.
"Did shinobu allow?"
"She's out on a mission"
"What about your duties?"
"Obanai agreed to help me patrol my region as long as I buy him a week of vinegar soaked kelp"
"Oh okay, then do you want to play 詰め将棋 with me later?" The ravenette asked, flipping a page of a book muichirou had lent him.
"Sure"
A small smile spread on giyuu's lips and he chuckled softly. There was a knock on the door and the brunette looked up, he wasn't expecting any visitors.
"Come in"
The door creaked opened to reveal two familiar hashiras.
"Good evening tomioka!" Rengoku boomed. His haori was covered in dirt and his hair was messy. Tegen stood beside rengoku, his hair was messy as well and his uniform was stained with blood.
"Are you two okay?" The ravenette asked, concern laced in his words.
"Yeah! We just finished a mission so we figured to stop by. Sorry for coming so late!" Rengoku replied enthusiastically, smiling warmly at the brunette.
"What is shinazugawa doing here?" Tengen asked, his mouth twitched into a small smirk and he raised one eyebrow.
"I'm visiting giyuu?" The wind hashira replied in confusion.
"I know, but it's 8pm, shouldn't you be home?"
"I'm staying over"
"If shinobu was here she would beat your ass"
"And that's why I'm staying over"
"Smart bastard"
"Oh shut up you sparkly giraffe"
"Anyways, what's rengoku doing here?"
"I wanted to see tomioka!" Rengoku announced loudly. Tengen gentily patted rengukou's head and walked towards sanemi, he grabbed the latter's arm and dragged him out of the room.
"We will let you two talk privately" tengen yelled happily before closing the door.
"So what is it that you wanted to talk about?" The brunette asked.
"Well.." rengoku took a deep breath and did a 謝罪, "I'm deeply sorry for treating you so horribly in the past tomioka, I was malicious and ruined your life. I apologize from the bottom of my heart for my past treatment and I wish for your forgiveness!" The flame hashira shouted.
"Rengoku, please, you don't need to now so deeply," the ravenette panicked, he wasn't used to receiving such a sincere apology.
