Okay but my favorite thing about Michael is that he literally loves all of the fam so much and when he hugs the fans he meets he hugs S O O O tight and like his face does the squishy squish and ugh the love in his face and actions make me unstable
I pressed the post button and closed my laptop, shoving it under my bed and flopping back on the bed. I had just got home from the mall, and I was exhausted. In the end, I actually ended up buying a lot of summer clothes, which I wasn't expecting to happen. Usually, all of the summer clothes aren't my style, but the stores surprised me.
I hadn't heard back from Michael after he told me he was going out. Deep down, I knew he wouldn't make a bad choice, whether that be drugs, or getting in a fight, or a crash, or whatever, but the thought of it happening still concerned me. I just worry about Michael a lot.
Anyway, I was laying on my bed, and I was about to fall asleep. Shopping takes it out of me, okay, I'm not used to exerting a lot of energy. But then, Keenan walks into my room with a smile on his face.
"I have a date."
"What? Who? And, more importantly, why?"
His smile faltered a little bit, but he quickly recovered, "Haylee from our calc class last year."
I remembered her. She's the tallest girl in our grade, and because of that, she gets a lot of attention, but not the kind she would like. People gawk at her instead of checking her out. Guys usually don't ask her out because she's almost always taller than them, and they think that it takes away some of their masculinity if they're shorter than the girl.
Except for Keenan, who never really cared for appearances, because he's not the stereotypical starting pitcher, quarterback, and point guard in high school. If you were nice, then he'd give you a chance. But a lot of girls just used him for sex because he was hot, which made me hurt for him.
But Haylee was a sweetheart. She's been talking to Keenan for awhile, because she asked me during calc what she shouldn't do if she wants my brother to like her. I just told her do actually talk to him for him, and not for the title of dating Keenan Morris.
"Awe, I like her. She's cute," I told him.
"Yeah," he said, scratching his head. "I just decided to give up on McKenna. There's no point in chasing a girl that very clearly isn't into you."
"Yeah, I don't get it."
"I'm just not her type."
"But you're every girl's dream guy. Blue eyes, good body, sweet personality."
"She's—" He stopped himself before he continued talking, "She'll probably fill you in eventually." And he walked out the door.
I was confused as to what he meant by she'll fill me in, because she already tells me everything. But I shook it off, just like Taylor Swift says to do, just as my phone went off.
