Gray foxes live in most of the United States, Mexico, and a small amount in central America. They can live up to 14 years. Gray foxes eat fruit, insects, and small vertebrates. Their scientific name is urocyon cinereoargenteus. They have a gray coat with reddish-brown on the neck and underside.
