Gray wolves hunt in packs. They live in North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Their hearing is 20 times better than humans. Their sense of smell is 100 times better. They eat large, grazing animals but sometimes eat smaller animals. All domestic dogs are Descendents of Gray wolves. The Gray wolve's scientific name is canis lupus. The gray wolf is the largest member of the Canidae family. Their color is usually gray but it can vary. They can weigh up to 167 pounds and they can live up to 17 years.
