Shigaraki's pov:
"What's the point of researching if you know you won't find anything?" Toga asked our teacher.
"Because there's still hope. If they came from North America to Japan then someone must've seen them." Aizawa explained.
"True, true." Toga answered.
"So I do have a few questions for you two." He said.
"Ask away!" Toga answered.
"Does Dabi fidget a lot? Or just tremble at random times?" He asked. I made an obviously confused face at him for the random question I didn't understand.
"Ummm, when his family is mentioned he sometimes gets really on edge talking about his past and he shakes a little and tense up. But no not at random times." Toga explained.
"Whenever school reopens, I want you two to go visit him 10 minutes before 12. You will stay there however long you want until the bell rings for lunch to end. I want you to tell me what happens." He ordered us.
"He's shaking isn't he?" I asked, since he just asked me if Dabi shakes a lot.
"He was earlier. It could've been from the sudden movement from recovery girl's office to here tho." He said.

The way he worded it made it obvious what we were looking out for whenever school reopens. It's probably nothing but of course this school is protective over what happens to their students, the public would freak out if something went wrong.

I remember back when we kidnapped that Bakugo kid, watching the apology video was fun. Aizawa looked fancy for the first time in his life.

It was silent for a little bit and Toga grew visibly bored. She hit her thumb nails against each other, would look around the whole room, (especially the celling because she wanted someone to notice she was bored) and eventually someone would have to speak up.

"Toga, do you want to come help me with this?" Midnight asked her. Her eyes showed her excitement to finally not be bored as she got up rapidly, jumped over Dabi, and landed on her feet. She sat down next to the teacher and they both spoke at a somewhat quiet voice in case those people came back. We left the gap where Toga was just sitting and I just stared at Aizawa's laptop.

"Do you know anything about these people?" He asked me, knowing I was staring at what he was doing.
"No. They probably don't know who we are since the rest of the league is in jail now." I said, getting a bit aggravated having to say that the league I leaded is in jail. He recognized my tone of voice I used and knew I was mad at them for arresting the rest of the league.
"Look, even if they're your friends and they have reasons for being villains, they're still adults and have to pay for their own consequences. I didn't have much say in it either way. The point is, there wasn't much we could do." He explained to me.
"Just announce a search but don't actually search for them." I suggested.
"Shigaraki, the way a search works is you have to have a lot of heroes for certain searches. One for members of the league of villains would take a hell of a lot of heroes to ensure backup if someone finds them. We can't explain to heroes outside UA to 'not actually search' because they won't understand everything we do here at UA." He explained.
"Long story short." I said.
"They won't understand our point of view and your friends would've been arrested either way." He said.
"What prison are they in?" I asked, completely taking a U turn.
"Hm?"
"If you put them in a normal prison I wouldn't be mad. If they're in Tartarus we have a problem." I said.
"I had no say in where they went."
"They're in Tartarus?"
..
"Yes."
