Peyton's pov

I was with Caroline at the Grill waiting for Tyler. We were on werewolf duty tonight since it was Tyler's first full moon. Tyler and I haven't really had a full conversation in a while things were still weird ever since Damon killed Mason. How do you hang out with your friend while keeping that info from him? For some strange reason though He asked Carlone to bring me along with them. So I couldn't turn it down pulse it will keep my mind off of the fact that Elijah was alive and I somehow knew about it.

"Your serious worried thinking face is showing." Caroline said breaking me out of my thought.

"My what?"

"You have this face you make when you are worried and deep in thought."

"I do not!" 

"Yes, you do  you're for head wrinkles and you get this zone-out type of look in your eyes." Karline said while popping a french fry into her mouth. " So what got you all worried?"

"Worried about what?"Tyler asked as he sneakily approached our table.

"Oh, Peyton is worried about something."

"Did he make the face?" Tyler asked.

"I do not have a worried face!"

"Yes, you do!" Both Tyler and Caroline answered at the same time.

"So what got your feathers in a twisted buddy? Is it about tonight? I promise that it will be safe for you and Caroline as long as you're on the other side of the gate."

"It's not that it's something else. I can't really talk about it hear."

"Ok, we can talk about it later when we're in the cellar then. Come on you two we go to head out."

Peyton's pov

We were now parked in the woods outside the Lockwood cellar and apparently, one of Mason's friends came by the mansion this morning and informed Tyler and his mom that he was missing. Tyler brought it up on the car ride over here because it was bugging him. He thought Mason would at least be here for Tyler during his first shift. Tyler got out to get the supplies he needed for toning out of the trunk.

"You know mabey he just like, stopped to go surf somewhere. Isn't that like his thing?" Caroline asked.

God, why did this mystery girl have to interfere and cause more problems? We already have way more than we need right now.  I texted Damon the news about Mystery girl a little bit ago. He then informed me that he already knew. He also told me Bonnie did a spell putting Elena on house arrest for the time being.

"Mabey. This girl just seemed to think he would have called." He said as he handed me some equipment to take to the cellar.

"I'm sure he's ok right Peyton?"

"Yeah, he's probably just dicking around somewhere."

"Yeah anyway...Let's do this."

We were all in the cellar now. I was helping Tyler set up the chains for later during the night while Caroline stayed in the back watching us set up.
