CHAPTER ELEVEN

I am in the middle of a conversation with Theo at his family home when his voice suddenly turns serious.

"I have a question I want to ask you." I heard Theo said to me.

"What is it?" I asked Theo.

I suck in a breath, waiting for Theo to continue.

"Since day one, we got on so well, and I have enjoyed being with you so much. Not to mention the sex is dynamite." Theo said.

His fingertips brush against me arm, and I blush.

"Which is why I want to ask you to move in with me." Theo said to me. My eyes widened in shock.

I-Is this real? Is Theo actually asking me to move in with him?

I gasp, unsure how to reply, and Theo notices my hesitation. 

I glance over my shoulder and see Corey approaching with a beer in his hand.

"He asked me, you know, if he should date you. And do you know what I told him?" Corey said to me.

"What?" I asked to Corey.

"I told him I never thought I'd see the day the player is brought to heel." Corey said.

"Very funny." Theo said as he cuts in into the conservation.

"Theo Banks, settling down? I give you two weeks tops before you call it quits and move out of your own apartment." Corey said to Theo.

"Shut it." Theo said to Corey.

I smile at the teasing before I notice Theo tensing next to me.

Is this making him angry?

"Well, you're doing yourself a favor by getting off the market, bro. That was a smart move. Y0ou must have realized the competition was too much." Corey said.

"I'll go ahead and assume you mean you?" I asked to Theo.

"Of course he does." Theo said. Theo crosses his arms over his broad chest, glaring at his brother.

Asking me to move in with him must  have been a big deal to Theo. And his brother making fun of him because it is clearly bothering him. Theo can hold his own, but I want to show him I have his back.

I let out a cheerful chuckle, and both men turn their attention to me.

"Be honest, Corey. Are you afraid you won't score any without Theo as your wingman?" I asked to Corey.

"Relieved, actually. The guy's a cock-blocker." Corey said to me.

'Oh, I get it. Because Theo draws everyone's attention to him. I mean, look at him." I said to Corey.

I flick my eyes to Theo, who's watching me with interest.

"Tall, alluring. So handsome that his presence sucks out all the air in the room." I said.

I run my gaze down his body, stopping between his thighs.

"Absurdly big, if you know about I mean." I said.

I lick my lips, and Corey makes a gagging sound which has Theo laughing with satisfaction.

"You can stop right there." Corey said to me.

"No, do go on, Desi." Theo said to me with a smirk in his lips.

Corey looks like he's about to throw up, and I widen my smile.

"Really, Corey, your brother has a sexual stamina that any man would kill for. God, he's a beast in bed!" I said to Corey.

'You!" Corey said as he points a shaky finger at me, and I wonder if I went a little too far.
