Meghan's POV:
Since everyone has been away on their trips, I didn't spend as much time as I wanted with Luke. I mostly spent my time admiring the ring.

Because I didn't really want anyone outside of our group to know, I kept the ring on my opposite hand. When I'm out with him I wear it on my left hand like you're supposed to and if anyone asked I simply said it was a promise ring.

"Miss Irwin please pay attention. The AP test is not far away." Mrs. Steinbeck snapped. I broke my train of thought and started listening to Calculus.

When the class ended I went over to Luke's as promised since I spent the week at school and doing homework.

"I was worried you'd forgotten." Luke smiled when he opened the door. You'd think that having all of this alone time without the other people who live in this house would come easy but somehow we didn't use up much of the time.

"What has got you so bubbly? You've been like this all week." I asked him as I set my stuff down.

"I'm just really happy." He told me as he wrapped his arms around me. When something came to him mind he practically spun me across the room into one of the recliners before running upstairs." I'll be right back!" He called. I chuckled and fixed my hair before he came back.

He came down the stairs with a guitar and sheets of music." I want to play you something. A few months back you found part of this song on my desk so I thought you'd want to hear the whole thing."

"Of course." I replied.

He started strumming a bit and when he started singing I was swoon, as usual.

"Can't help but wondering if this is the last time that I'll see your face is it tears or just the fucking rain? Wish I could say something something that doesn't sound insane but lately, I don't trust my brain you tell me I won't ever change so I just say nothing." He sang while looking at me in the eyes." No matter where I go I'm always gonna want you back. No matter how long you're gone I'm always gonna want you back. I know you know I will never get over you. No matter where I go I'm always gonna want you back want you back."

As he continued singing, I started hearing cues in the song mirrored us, our relationship.

"Always gonna want you back, want you back. Always gonna want you back, want you back." He finished. Luke looked at me waiting for me to say something but I was star struck.

"What did you think?" He asked me happily.

"I think it's great." I told him before leaning forward and pecking his lips. He smiled at me and for the first time since our first kiss almost two years ago, there was this sparkle in his eye and a look of pure bliss on his face." Out of curiosity, who'd you write that for?"

"Well I started to write it when we broken up. I missed you a lot and didn't know how else to deal with the emotions and guilt." Luke explained." But that's not all."

"Is there more?" I asked, sitting back in my chair

"Well I wrote a couple of other songs but you'll just have to wait till we're married to hear them." Luke smirked. I rolled my eyes and pecked his lips again.

"Speaking of, have you thought about our wedding at all?" I asked him.

"Well I've thought about a minister we could hire and where we could get married. I didn't want to think about too much without you since it's also your wedding." Luke replied." Have you thought about it?"

"A little bit." That was a lie; I've thought about almost every minor detail since before he proposed. Ive had my wedding plans practically set in stone- with a few adjustments over time- since I was fifteen and I don't how ready I was to compromise.

"Oh, and?"

"Well I was thinking a summer wedding at that nice bed and breakfast you took me to a few months ago. The decor I was thinking could be pastel purple and yellow and our centerpieces could be lilacs. Our first dance could be to an arrangement of love songs over the years and that id wear my mother's wedding dress if she still had it." I explained. He looked at me in awe.

"Wow, you've really planned a lot." He commented as he scratched the back of his neck." Is there anything left?"

"Unfortunately I wasn't finished: tuxes for the groomsmen and dresses for the bridesmaids will be one of the pastel color, but not decided who gets who, Ashton already asked if you guys could play a little bit at the wedding so that's set, and lastly your mum asked if your nephew could be the ring bearer and I couldn't say no to her." I explained. He was shocked but after a minute he nodded.

"For once your need to control everything and be organized on every detail is coming in handy. Planning is already finished so all that's really left to do is book everything and actually have the wedding. We could get that done in a couple of months." Luke explained.

"Well yeah-"

"The only other thing we'd have to discuss is the honeymoon and what happens on the honeymoon."

I hadn't even thought about that. It just now dawned on me that not even a month and a half ago, Luke and I almost had sex. Since then I've tried pushing the urges back and forgetting about them but now it's become evident that I don't know if I could even last another couple of months without it.

I don't know what changed but all of a sudden, I really want him. It was like a hunger I couldn't tame." Why wait till the honeymoon?" I asked which perked his head up excitedly.

"What're you saying?" He asked.

"I don't think we should wait till the wedding to have sex." I replied." Maybe we should start now and gain a little bit of experience beforehand."

He motioned his head upstairs with a seductive smirk on his face before I chuckled and said," I didn't mean right now."

"Then when?" He asked almost in a whiney tone.

"Tomorrow night." I said point blank." The boys will still be gone and I think the jacks are going out. It's perfect timing."

"I look forward to it." He told me. I smiled and kissed him before I sat back in my chair and he turned on the TV.
