chapter one ~ the beginning

"god..I should actually DO something for once.."

Joshua sighed as he lays back on his chair causing a tiny squeek

Joshua's school's holiday had only started a week ago, but he had already finished all his homework. He wasn't what you would call a studious kid but he thought 'it would be better to just get it over with and enjoy the rest if the holiday' but he was already bored. Most of his friends had left the country for vacation so he had less people to hang out with

He slumped further back into his chair now in a position where his back was entirely on the seat with his neck very awkwardly in a 90 degree angle to look up at his phone with his legs widely spread across his soft carpet. With nothing better to do, he went to bother his best friend seungcheol

'heeeeey bestie bestie'

Joshua started the conversation

'lowkey creeped me out do you want something from me??'
Suengcheol texted as a reply

'Let's play games at your house I'm bored'

'Can't I'm gonna go to my part time job soon'

'YOU HAVE A JOB??'

'Uhm yeah I do I want to get some extra cash'

'Should I get a job too?'

'You should! So you can learn to pay for your meals when we eat together!'

'Ok ok bye go work'

Joshua shut his phone off as he sighed slowly closing his eyes. 'Should I actually get one? I feel like I would quit the moment I start working though..ugh! But I wanna get some money and retire young!' He thought about it for awhile before falling of his chair from his awful posture

He crawled up onto his bed dragging his phone along as well. He opened uo his browser and typed out jobs online, he didn't want to walk up to a store and randomly ask "Can I get a job here?" Or "Can I have an interview to get a job?" That would be too embarrassing for him

He figured babysitting would be the best option for him as he had experience helping the neighbours and taking care of his younger sister

He scrolled through a website looking for a babysitting job that would let him relax the most.

====Joshuas POV====
4 children? I wouldn't see the light of day. 2 children? I could probably handle that- wait. 5 dollars an hour??? I'm being ripped off. 1 child 15 dollars  an hour nice! In another city?? Nevermind.

He swiped lower and lower slowly losing motivation to even work by the passing minute, until he saw a rather luring offer

uHm- so that was the first chapter if its too short please tell I'll try and uh drag it longer??? I have 0 planning accept for the start so we'll see how it goes~
