"Shua~ wake up I prepared breakfast for us" Jeonghan said, in his usual angelice voice

But Joshua didn't know why it sounded sweeter than before. Maybe it was because he just heard him confess?

Joshua obviously liked him back, who wouldn't? But he didn't know how to address it

'hey I like you'

'I heard you confess, and I like you too'

'date me. Please.'

He really did want to tell Jeonghan his feelings, but when would be the perfect time?

"Mm..you didn't have to..but thanks" Joshua answers, pretending he had just woken up. He didn't dare look Jeonghan in the eye though, he was too embarrassed

Jeonghan let put a small giggle and went to the dining table first. Joshua followed behind him and saw Jeonghan hopping down the stairs

He thought, he didn't even hide it from himself anymore.

A stack of pancakes on pastel coloured plates were placed directly opposite of each other, with glasses of strawberry milk too. Joshua was shocked that Jeonghan could cook up such a cute breakfast

"Don't be too impressed, I used pancake mix hehe" it was as if Jeonghan could read his mind

They both sat down, and began munching on their pancakes. It qas far from romantic, but Joshua couldn't ignore the air around them

They still had their daily, weird conversations like, 'where do snakes pee from?' 'how did they make wifi?' 'if men had periods where would it come out from?' ok lets ignore that last one

They were all giggly, but it was very obvious that Joshua was trying to avoid eye contact. Whenever they met eyes, Joshua would quickly look away, trying to change the topic and everything but he wasn't so good at hiding how flustered he was.

Jeonghan noticed pretty fast, and tried bringing up. But Joshua very unprofessionally avoided the topic so Jeonghan just decided to be straightforward

"Why aren't you looking me in the eye?"

"C-cough well I'm done eating now so I'll w-wash my dishes first then enjoy your food!!" With that, Joshua scrambled away, frantically picking up his plate and cup

Jeonghan gobbled down his pancakes and quickly followed behind. Joshua, who was doing the dishes as quickly as possible didn't even notice that Jeonghan already appeared beside him

"So? Why are you avoiding me?"

"W-well- I uh.."

"You what?"

Jeonghan turned Joshua towards him and pinned him against the counter. Jeonghan was looking at him, and Joshua was forced to do the same.

"I HEARD YOU SAY YOU LIKED ME! AND I REALLY REALLY REALLY LIKE YOU TOO! ITS JUST.. it's just I can't look you in the eyes without blushing!"

Jeonghan stood there in absolute shock, not knowing what to do. His brain had froze and zero (listen to dinos hit song zero) thoughts were running. Until all of it suddenly rushed back into him and his entire face showed red

He dived into Joshua's arm, locking him in a tight embrace

"J-jeonghan?"

Joshua was also blushing hard, not knowing what to do

"I'm so relieved. Thank you, thank you for loving me too" Jeonghan started crying, right on Joshua's shoulder

Joshua patted his back, and stroked Jeonghan's head softly

"I do. And I'm thankful you feel the same way. I've been wanting to tell you my feelings for a long, long time"

They stayed in that position longer, but realised it would be better to move somewhere more comfortable so where else other than Jeonghan's bed?

They walked up the steps holding hands, talking about their feelings for each other. Jeonghan jumped on his bed, and Joshua threw himself onto the bed, attacking Jeonghan with tickles

They did it back and forth, the room being filled with laughter. They settled down after they got tired, cuddling up while facing each other. Joshua stroked Jeonghan's cheek, as Jeonghan closed his eyes and hummed a sweet tune

"Have I ever told you how pretty you were?" Joshua said, cooing at the other

"You say that all the time"

"And I'll never stop"

Joshua never failed to make Jeonghan have butterflies

"You always find a way to make me blush.." Jeonghan said, snuggling closer to Joshua, and diving his head into Joshua's chest to hide his now pink cheeks

"I love your blushing face, it makes me feel all warm inside, makes me want to make you smile forever"

"You're too nice Shua"

"Only for you Hannie"

Jeonghan jumped up and looked Joshua in the eyes, with a wide smile

"You called me Hannie!!"

"Haha do you like it? You always call me Shua so I wanted to use your nickname too!"

"Like it? I love it!

Jeonghan's honey like voice ringed in Joshua's ears, oh how he loved it so much

"I'm so happy I met you"

"Me too!"

Joshua wanted to pause time, and stay in Jeonghan's arms forever

"So are we dating now?"

"Obviously! I wouldn't give you to anyone else"

Tears fell down Jeonghan's cheeks again

"Why are you crying Hannie?" Joshua asked, wiping the tears off of his cheeks

"I'm just.. I'm just happy I'm able to date someone as amazing as you"

"I should be saying that! I could go on and on about how wonderful you are. I could write a book about the things I love about you!"

"I won't be able to express how much I love you in my entire lifetime Shua"

"Then I'll wait. Wait until you finish and then I could express how much I love you. Even if we become frail and old even when we die, I'll search for you and we can live on as ghosts for eternity"

"How cheesy of you"

"I'm sorry hehe"

"I love it though, continue please"

"I love you. I love you I love you I love you I love you. And that will never change"

They exchanged sweet words, always laughing and hugging each other tighter and tighter. They were in a moment of bliss

"Well say it back Hannie!"

"Say what?"

"You know what I mean!"

"Hehe sorry sorry. I love you too"
