They both got off the train once their stop was called, still holding hands. Jeonghan wasn't even able to speak, and Joshua just kept quiet with a gloomy expression.

"Are you really alright?" Joshua asked, gripping onto Jeonghan's hand tighter.

"Y-yeah I'm fine!" He said, trying to keep a straight face while not being able to think straight.

Joshua didn't realise how direct he was being as he was just concerned for Jeonghan.

As they approached the exit, Jeonghan used it as an excuse to let go of Joshua's hand to tap his card on the scanner.

He was almost at his limit, as his hands were getting sweatier and his face getting redder. Though he knew he wanted to keep holding Joshua's hand.

They reached the ice skating rink and their moods immediately lifted. It has been a long time since either of them had skated, but they didn't know how good the other was at it.

"Hey hey Shua you know I'm pretty good at ice skating?" Jeonghan said, clearly trying to boast

"Well I could say the same thing about me" Joshua said, with a smirk

They went to take their skates and sat on a bench to fit them on. Joshua did it with ease like it was a normal shoe but Jeonghan was struggling to tie the multiple laces. Joshua saw his failed attempts at trying to securely tie the shoe laces so he got down on one knee, right infront of Jeonghan

"I'll help you out. Now it feels like I'm your caretaker haha" Joshua said, tying the others shoes tight

Jeonghan couldn't help to think about how Joshua looked as if he was proposing, but it was just a passing thought. They headed to the actual ice rink, and one by one went inside the rink. Though it had been a long time, they were still stable and quickly got used to it. They skated normally for awhile, until Jeonghan suggested something

"Bet I can beat you in a race!"

"Alright bet!"

"One round around the rink loser buys dinner!" Jeonghan said, with a plauful smirk.

Joshua agreed, and they started their race around the rink. They were around the same speed, but Jeonghan was faster. They were both rounding the corner, almost finishing. Jeonghan turned around to see how far behind Joshua was, while sticking out his tounge teasingly.

"I'll catch up to you! W-wait watch out!" Joshua shouted, pointing infront of Jeonghan.

A child was right infront of him, almost about to run into him. The child tried to stop herself but it seemed like she was new to ice skating.

Jeonghan tried to stop as quickly as possible, making him fall back directly onto the cold hard ice. He winced in pain as Joshua skated over to him.

"I-I'm so sorry mister!" The child stuttered, obviously very worried. Jeongham assured the child it was alright, and got back up with the help with Joshua.

He patted his butt, where he had fallen.

"Aahh..now it's all wet.." Jeonghan sighed

"Heh it looks funny from the back" Joshua snickered.

"Wow you really hurt my feelings. I'll only heal if Shua buys dinner..oh I'm so sad.."

"Wait what."

Jeonghan wiped his fake tears with an overly dramatic sad face. He tried acting cute, cupping his face with both his hands to show of his features

"Ugh fine.. I'll just use the card your mother gave me" Joshua sighed, in defeat

"Mom gave you a card? Let's eat something fancy! King crab?" Jeinghan beamed, his face lighting up

"Don't take advantage of your parent's money! I know a local tteokbokki place near here let's go after our time finishes up"

"Whaaaat..fine. but I'm going to eat till my heart's content!"

They skated for a few more minutes, then went out of the mall. Joshua led the way to the tteokbokki store. A small chime was heard when opening the door and a waiter showed them to an empty table.

They decided to share the set meal for 2 people, including the normal tteokbokki and sundae. They waited for awhile, and soon the food was served.

"Wah it's so spicy! Shua you can handle this?" Jeonghan squealed, sticking out his tounge while furrowing his eyebrows.

"Yeah it tastes normal to me. Is your spice tolerance low?" Joshua replied, munching on his food.

"It's always has been! Ugh I think I need another drink." Jeonghan gulped down his tea and slammed it on the table like a soju cup.

"Pft just have mine I don't need it" Joshua slid his cup over to Jeonghan's side and grinned.

Joshua paid like he promised and they headed back, grabbing boba on the way
