We had dinner with Kelly and Max before going back to our apartment. "Penelope is so cute right?" I said as I grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge. "Yeah she's amazing. So adorable" he jumped on the counter, he gestured to throw him a water bottle.
I turned around and threw him one. "Wouldn't you like a little Penelope of your own?" He opened the bottle and started drinking. I was literally waiting for him to finish drinking and give me an answer. "Yeah of course, maybe one day but it's way too soon right now" he jumped of the counter and pulled me in his arms. "But one day, you'll become the mother of my children" he kissed my lips quickly. I smiled and nodded. I couldn't reply anymore. "Are you coming to bed?" He said as he was already walking to the bedroom. "Yes I'll be there soon babe" I said as I leaned against the counter.
How was I gonna fix this mess?
"You're pregnant aren't you?" Max said as he walked in the kitchen. Where did he come from? Did he hear our conversation? "Lando is so oblivious for these things but the nausea, asking if Lando wants kids and your face right now when he said it's way too soon" Fuck he figured it all out. Maybe I was too obvious about everything. "Don't tell him please" I said softly, he just walked up to me and hugged me. It was a hug I didn't realize I needed.
"Sorry to disturb a lovely moment but what is going on?" Lando was looking at us, he was leaning against the door opening. "We were just saying goodnight" Max quickly said. He always saved me out of these situations. "Oh you guys always hug and cuddle when you go to bed? It must have been very cosy when I was away" he was mad and annoyed. You must be an idiot if you couldn't hear that in his voice. "Let's go Skye" he held out his hand, gesturing me to follow him.
I smiled quickly at Max before grabbing Lando's hand, he pulled me with him to his bedroom.
I felt bad for Max, he just wanted to protect me but I guess I was gonna have to deal with angry Lando by myself right now.
"What's going on between the two of you?" He asked as he closed the door behind us. "Nothing, what do you mean?" He just rolled his eyes. Why wasn't he happy that we got along?
"The hugging and whispering all the time. Do you like him or something?" He started to raise his voice a little. He was trying to keep calm but it wasn't really working. "As a friend yes, can't you see I'm fucking in love with you though?" I looked at him as he sat down on the edge of the bed.
"We really need some time to ourselves" he sighed. He was right, we were always around people and with the season starting soon, it wouldn't get any better.

Landed rented a yacht for just the two of us. We really needed some time alone and that was exactly what we were having right now.
I was just laying in his arms because it was actually pretty cold. He was stroking my back. He always did that when we were laying together and I loved that.
"I am sorry for getting jealous, it was stupid" I shook my head immediately. "It's not stupid baby but you have to realize I only want you" he looked at me and stroke my cheek softly. "I only want you too. I've never been so into somebody before. That's why I get so jealous" he pulled my face closer to his and pressed his lips on mine.
It was the end of the break, the season was about to start again and we would be flying to Bahrain soon.
All I could think about was the little one growing in my belly. I had to tell Lando about it, but how?
"You were so great with Penelope, you would be such a great dad" he chuckled a little. "I would love to start a family with you one day, but I wanna focus on my career right now" there was the answer I was afraid of. He wasn't ready for it at all but I was. I wanted this.
I was looking at the water, I shouldn't interfere with his career. Maybe I had to leave before it started showing or maybe I just had to grow some balls and tell him the truth because it would start to show very soon and I wasn't planning on leaving him again.
