*Flashback*

I was so mad at boner. Why would he say those things? I watch Harley get up and yell at him. I hug Felix as he buried his face in the crook of my neck. I can hear him sobbing and feel my shirt become wet. I rub his back. "Its ok, Harley and I got you." I whisper in his ear, he hugs me tighter. then BOOM I hear. We both flinch and turn to see Harley seething in anger, and boner holding his face. I froze she is going to be in trouble I thought. "Harley!" I yell, she looks at me with regret, then looks at Felix. Her regret soon turned into pride. "HARLEY. ASHLYNN. WILDER!" I hear someone yell. Her middle name is Ashlynn? I perk my head up to see the principal glaring at Harley. I gulped, I have to call mom. "I have to call my mother." I say looking at Felix, he nods. I take my phone from my back pocket and start dialing her number. "Ring... ring.... ri- hello?" someone answered on the line. "Mom, Harley is in trouble." I spoke. "What did she do?" She asked, with a little anger in her tone. I tell her everything, and she was mad. Not at Harley, but at Bowen. "I will be there." She said. "Ok, bye mom." I say. "Bye." She hung up the phone. I sigh, I should get Miss Tina. I walk to Felix and grab his wrist pulling him out of the lunch room, confusing him. "What going on? where are we going now?" He asked a bit worried. "I have to tell Miss Tina." I answered, looking for my class. "Who's Miss Tina?" he asked. "Our savior." I answered, as I arrived at her classroom, opening the door seeing said teacher on her computer. "Hey Ava, What's up?" She greets. "Harley got in trouble." Her smile quickly disappeared. "Oh no. What did she do?" She asked. She stood up, waiting for my answer as I told her what happened. Her eyes widened. "Poor Felix." She cooed as she hug him. "Its almost her birthday she can't get suspended as a gift." I whined, as we walk out of the class room and to the principal's office. "Don't worry." She said. But we were met with my mother. "Ava, where is she?" My mother asked sternly. "In the principal's office." I answer. "Well then, let's go." Felix cut in, we nod in return. We head to the office to hear Harley scoff in the conversation. "That's not fair." "Welp, what you did to Bowen wasn't fair." He answers. "YES IT WAS! He's been bulling me, Ava, and Felix for so long." Harley yelled. "Why did he bully Felix?" "For being gay." He scoffed, chuckling a little. "Good, they are disgraceful." My blood boiled. "Really? You are a grown man and you are coming at a girl who saved her and her friends from a bully?" I hear her with a sudden bang. "I'm sorry sir, but this is bullshit." She scoffed. "Now I am going to have to suspend you for longer." He says. "No you won't." Miss Tina spoke. "Yeah, over my dead body." My mom followed. Harley looks behind her in confusion. She looks over to me, and waves my phone. She smiled, as my mom and Miss Tina storm to the principal. "I want you to listen and I want you to listen carefully." Miss Tina threatened. "You will not punish Harley for what she did. What you should do is punish you child for what he did to my kids and that boy, ya hear?" My mother demanded. "Ma'am we cant do that." "Yes you can or I will sue you for all you got and get you fired. Got it?" Miss Tina growled, he sunk in his seat and grabbed the phone. Harley gives us a gummy smile and have a group hug. "Felix, you are now our new bestfriend, you are part of our group now and don't have to worry about talking about boys with us." She said, He giggles. "Ok, I would love to." He responded.

*end of flashback*

The principal hung the phone and soon enough Bowen came in the room. I hug Felix because I knew how he was already. "Bowen..." the principal sighed, as we left the room. "We should just stay with Felix for the rest of the day." I clicked my tongue, getting a nod from them all. My mother left giving Harley and I a kiss on the head and saying bye. We go back into the lunch room. We grabbed our lunches and went back to our lockers. We followed Felix to his locker just in case if anything happens. He shoves his bag in his locker. "You know, guys...." He paused. "I am gay..... And thank you for comforting and protecting me." He smile genuinely at us, as we did the same. "Yep. My pleasure." I answered. "We got your back, my guy." Harley followed, nudging his shoulder with hers. We walk into our classes and between classes we would hang out. A couple of days of being bestfriends with Felix. We head to his locker and talked. Felix shoved his bag in locker. Then Harley randomly spoke. "And the other day i asked you a question.... so, do you like this Chris guy?" Harley repeated herself. He looked down, playing with his nails nervously and nodded. "Yes.... he is a good best friend." He said. "Dude, that's not what I meant." She answered, playfully rolling her eyes and earning a giggle from me. "Ok." He sighed. "Maybe I do like him and think he's hot, and really want him to be my boyfriend but I don't know if he felt the same way. Plus, he is back in Australia." He spoke, closing his locker a little harder the usual. We both nod, realizing what we did. "Yeah, sorry to bring it up." Harley spoke up. We walk out of school, till an unfamiliar car showed up in front of us. We all took glances at each other in confusion. "That's not my mother's nor brother's car." I denied. "It's not anyone I know." Felix shrugged. The person walked out his car, an man about a little older than us smiled. "Why do you look so sad?" The guy said smiling at Felix. Felix perked his head up in shock. "CHRIS?!" He yelled as he ran to him and giving him a hug, earning a chuckle from the guy. "Yep, thats me, I missed you lixie." He smiled, showing his dimples as he hugged him back. "I missed you too Chan." He said back. My eyes widened. So thats Chris? Lixie? Chan? I have a lot of questions.
