Dear journal (not a diary I'm not a little kid)
11/1/91
Today was my first day at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. I was so excited to get away from the Dursleys. The torcher they put me and my twin brother Harry Potter into was horrendous. Anyways it all started when I got my acceptance letter for my 11th birthday. My brother and I got ours the same day and we were both confused and happy to get away from the Dursleys. I got all my books, clothes, and items for school at Diagon Alley. My brother and I got our wands at the same store called Ollivander's wand shop thanks to our new friend Rubus Hagrid who went out of his way to get us out of the muggle world into the wizarding world. Hagrid is the keeper of keys and grounds at Hogwarts school. My wand is dark brown, Alder wood, dragon heartstring core, 12 inches and slightly springy flexibility. The train ride was crowded on the way to Hogwarts school today. There were a lot of people crowding in the train with all years and different houses. Me and my friend and brother have been through a lot during the years at Hogwarts but I'm in the fourth year and I can't wait to see what this year will be like. I'm not much of a writer so that's why I didn't write much. Oh I have to go. I'll update you later. Bye wait your not a person sorry ok now I'm done ugh Harper stop writing. Sorry that was weird. Anyways ok I'm done now bye.
