Chapter 11 A Diamond for a hostess

Friday has finally come. The last day of the week and the day of the victory party. Alondra saw Harper sitting by herself reading a book under a tree in the courtyard. She decided to walk over to her "Hey Harp whatcha doing?" Alondra asked Harper "Oh nothing just reading a book about plants Neville gave me" Harper said kindly sounding like her mother and her kind voice "Oh cool here I have this note for you don't worry it's from me" Alondra said as she sat down next to Harper and passed her the note "Ok well enjoy reading have a good day Harp" Alondra said to Harper as she got up and walked away probably back to her common room to make extra preparations. Harper opened the note.

Harper closed the note and said "Oh I'll definitely use this to my advantage" Harper said mischievously moving her fingers. Harper saw Draco walking in the hallway and speed walked to his direction "Oye Draco" Harper yelled "Oh hey Harp what up?" Draco said turning towards Harper "I'm good thanks, so Alondra is having a victory party in the Ravenclaw common room tonight at midnight care to join me? I do owe you because you invited me to the Slytherin party" Harper asked hoping Draco's response would be positive "Of course thanks Potter and yeah you do owe me. It was a lot of work sneaking you into the party, there's no way I could sneak you in because people would catch how pretty you are um what who said that" Draco said to Harper as they both laughed. At this point Draco walked away blushing at the ground in embarrassment "Ok see you there tonight I guess" Harper yelled walking away with a smiley grin on her face turning pink in her cheeks. Harper walked into the Gryffindor common room to get ready for the party to only find Fred and George "Hi boys I was looking for you all day" Harper said kindly "Oh yeah what for Potter" Fred asked curiously "Well Alondra is hosting a party at the Ravenclaw common room tonight as a victory party and invited the Gryffindor team to join the Ravenclaws and she said I could invite anyone I wanted so care to join?" Harper said waiting impatiently for a response "What time is the party?" George asked "At midnight after curfew" "Oh ok of course thanks for the invite Potter" Fred said "Anytime see you there boys" Harper said happily as she walked away to get ready for the party.

After everyone got ready for the party, they walked to the Ravenclaw common room. Draco met Fred, George, and Harper at the common room door. Harper answered the riddle to the door. Once the door opened, Alondra stood and greeted everyone "Welcome everyone to the victory party glad you could make it. Please come in" Alondra wore a blue long dress with blue jeweled earrings, with a ring on her left ring finger that also had a blue jewel. Alondras short dark brown hair was curled and pulled back in a half up half down hairstyle with an orange ribbon tying it in the shape of a bow. She also wore her mothers black translucent gloves and replaced her original glasses with her mother's old glasses she found in a box of old stuff. Lastly Alondra had her favorite black ballet flats shoes. Harper wore a fitted red dress with short sleeves and black heeled boots. Her orange red hair was pulled up and wrapped with a headband. The boys wore black tuxedos with white ties. Fred and George both wore black low top sneakers whereas Draco wore black shined shoes his mother sent him. He wanted to look presentable. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were already at the party waiting for Harper and her friends to show up. After being greeted, all the guests at the door walked into the party and were ready to have a magical time.
