Bunny looked throughout the pole for Y/N until he found her sitting by the window, hugging her legs. He sighed before going to her.
"Is there room for one more?" Bunny asked.
Y/N looked at him before saying, "Sure."
He sat across from her and they sat in silence for a minute before Bunny spoke up.
"Sorry about all that. We keep telling North he goes a little too far with announcing someone as a Guardian," he apologized.
"He seems like the kind of guy to go full out on anything other than Christmas," she guessed.
"You'd be right on that," Bunny agreed then added, "But in all seriousness mate, you've got nothing to worry about with becoming one. We've faced Pitch even at our worst and still came out on top."
"Well, he's done a number on me before," Y/N pointed out, lifted her shirt a bit to reveal a scar on her hip, then added while covering it back up, "And that's him without really trying. While trying to get rid of you six, he's hoping that the other mythical beings out there don't become Guardians. But if one refuses the job, it's not his doing."
"Seems to me you're doing his job for him if that's the case," he pointed out.
"Maybe," she shrugged.
Bunny then placed his paw on her arm, to which she looked at him, then he assured her, "I'm sorry that happened to you. But I can promise that when it comes to us, we look out for each other. Like with Cupid, the minute I met her, it was like we had this big brother / little sister bond. We even call each other big bro and little sis. But the point is no matter what one of us is going through, we've got each other's backs. And I will definitely have yours when you need it."
Y/N couldn't help but smile at how much Bunny seemed to care about her. He did make good points about Pitch and the others, so she felt she at least owed it to him to think about it.
"I'll sleep on it for now and get back to you guys," Y/N said.
"We can do that," Bunny smiled, started to leave, then offered, "And you're welcome any time in the warren."
"I'm glad. I've always wanted to go," she told him.
"Well, whenever you're free, I'd be happy to bring you," he replied.
"Thanks," Y/N thanked then added, "Well, I better head back. But I am NOT flying this time."
"Maybe you'll like my way better," Bunny smirked.
He then thumped his foot and a hole formed beside her, making her smile.
"I think you and I will get along just fine like Cupid said," she replied.
"Wouldn't be the first time she was right," he commented, making her giggle, then he smirked, "You wanna race?"
"Something tells me that if I do, I would lose, but I like the practice," Y/N smirked back then hopped in.
"Oy!" Bunny called.
"Better hurry, Long Ears!" she shouted.
"Oh it's on!" he yelled.
He then formed another hole and followed her. Little did either of them know that Cupid hid in the corner and was fangirling about what she saw.
