Silence is the most powerful scream.

When we got to Amy's, I sat on her bed and pulled out my phone. I scrolled through my contacts until I found Blake's. Quickly I clicked the green phone icon to call. Ring ring ring rin-"Hello? Regan?" when I heard his voice I automatically smiled. "Hey bubba, anything you want to tell me about?" I ask, not wanting to ask him and have him put me in an insane asylum. "No, unless you wanna hear my daily problems." He says, sounding confused. "Does that include growing fangs and sucking blood?" I ask, raising an eyebrow even though he can't see me.

"How do you..." He started but I cut him off. "Because it just happened to me." I say flatly. "Uhh you're thirteen right?" He asked. "Nice to know my brother knows my age, but yeah. Why?" I ask, feeling there is going to be bad news or something. "You weren't supposed to turn till your eighteenth birthday, and early turning doesn't exist unless there is something that triggered it." He explains. Well then. "Uh well there were these rapists when I was walking with Amy to her house and one of them were trying to take her clothes off. Long story short I made one forget and drank the other till he lost consciousness." I told him, hoping he won't go after them.

"You must really care about that girl...did you make her forget?" I could hear a little jealousy when he said 'that girl'. "No, I trust her and Gabbie to know and not tell anyone. Also it'll help when I'm thirsty and I'm avoiding them, they'd know what is going on." I say, hoping he doesn't yell at me or something. "Okay, if they don't faint or go into shock that means they either don't believe you or they are also something other than human." He says, with a hint of understanding in his voice.

"What else is there? And Gabbie doesn't know yet should I tell her in person or...?" I trail off. "There is vampires, fae, elementals, and wizards. Tell Gabbie in person." He said, as if I was a little kid. "Okay, oh and can I like turn into a bat or something?" I ask, half joking. "Uh no, but you have super strength, speed, senses and healing." He offered. "That's cool." I said, looking up to see Amy staring at me. "I got to go bubba, see ya later." I said, not waiting for him to say bye before I hung up.

"So?" Amy asked, handing me a bag of rolos. "Well, there are other things out there, and since you didn't faint and I'm sure you believe me since you witnessed it, you're either a vampire, fae, wizard, or elemental." I said before popping a rolo in my mouth. "That's great....what else did he say?" She asked, before biting a hot fry. "To tell Gabbie in person, and that I wasn't supposed to turn until I was eighteen." I said, shrugging. "Wow, we can tell Gabbie tomorrow. Can he do blood tests to see what we are?" She asked, looking a little too excited in my opinion. "I don't know but I'm sure he's gonna give me a visit soon." I replied, knowing he's gonna come and explain the rules and probably see if I have any questions." I say thoughtfully.

"Okay, so what do you want to do?" Amy asked, probably because her parents might be home any minute and the walls are very thin. "Ummm how abouutt weee watch five seconds of summer videos on YouTube?" I asked, knowing she would agree because them boys could be sex gods. "Okay, but we also have to watch the video diaries." She bargained. "Of course and we have to watch the vines." I add before we excitedly got on Amy's computer to watch the band.

I woke in one of Amy's dining table chairs, in front of her computer desk. I looked over to see Amy in the same position except she was in her computer chair. I moved the mouse and videos of Ashton Irwin funny moments popped up. Wow, we must have fallen asleep... I got up and walked over to Amy's bed, which is where my phone was 9:34 a.m. Just as Amy started to stir awake, my stomach decided to make a whale noise. Looks like I'm getting my appetite again. "Amy? Amy! Wake up! What do you want for breakfast?" I yell/wispered as I shook her shoulder.

"I want your famous scrambled eggs." Amy muttered, if I didn't have my vampire hearing I probably wouldn't have heard her. "Mkay, it will be ready in about five minutes. Don't go any where." I joked as I walked out her room and into the kitchen. I saw her mom and dad cuddling at the couch watching t.v., probably the episode of criminal minds they recorded last night. "Morning. I'm making scrambled eggs, do you want any?" I asked, taking out the carton of eggs. "We already ate, but thanks for asking." Ms. April said. I didn't say anything as I took out the cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.

When I was done, I split the scrambled eggs evenly in two bowls and added a forks. Making sure I don't drop the bowls, I walked back over to Amy's room to see she was awake and changed already. "No fair, I was cooking for you. Now you have to wait until I change before we go walking." I commanded, while handing Amy her bowl and taking a bite from mine. I was finished in about five bites. "Wow, somebody was hungry." Amy said, jokingly as she stacked her almost empty bowl over mine.

"I told you about my lost of appetite, ever since yesterday I got it back." I reminded, hoping she gets what I mean by yesterday. "Oh yeahh I forgot, sorry." She apologized as I got dressed. "There's nothing for you to be sorry about." I waved off her apology as I slipped on my grey vans.
