I want a boy I can run to with tears running down my face, and the first thing he says is 'Whose ass am I kicking babe?"

I sat in my spot on the floor next to the outlet, waiting for Blake. Either way I'm getting the hell out of here. I'm started to get claustrophobic even though the room isn't crowded, it's hard to explain the feeling but it feels like the walls are closing in on me and I'm having trouble breathing thanks to my panic. Sometimes I wonder why I'm scared of small spaces, I'm small so it shouldn't be a problem.

I changed the song I was listening to, going through my playlist I settled for Centuries by Fall Out Boy. I wait patiently for Blake to come into my prison, Jen told me this morning that he was coming. It's been a week since I talked to Gabbie, and ten days since I've been kidnapped. I feel sorry for Blake when he comes in here, I've learned basic defense and offence fighting moves, but I also have the help of my vampire side. Before I attack him however, it have a few questions. Important questions.

I was slowly drifting asleep when the door opened, frantically I opened my eyes and saw Blake standing less than two feet away. "Hey sis, I came to make sure you haven't escaped." Blake sneered, a cruel smile on his face. My affection for him diminished to zero after is last visit, also the day after I talked to Gabbie. Just to sum it up, I attempted to kill him but he held me down. He called me a psychotic bitch so I spit in his face and then he stabbed me in the stomach so I drank his blood.

"Yes well, I has hoping you'd visit me." I replied, allowing him to see my dislike of him. My sentence must've caught him by surprise because he didn't say anything for a few seconds. "Spit them out, I'm waiting." Blake said, acting annoyed but I can read the curiosity as if it was written in bold on his forehead. I've been practicing sending emotions and feeling other people's emoticons. I thoight it would take years when I first started but I got most of it down in a week. "I can tell you're very curious." I remarked, trying to distract him.

"Just hurry up." Blake sighed before sitting in front of me. Bad move. Even I know you never get level with you're opponent, but that means I still have the element of surprise. "If you're my brother, shouldn't that mean you're half fae and half vampire too?" It felt good to ask that question, but I was a little scared of the answer. "You were adopted because dad wanted a girl, and Melissa is my step mom." Blake explained. Ohhh, glad I'm not realted to that piece of shit. "So how are you a vampire?" I asked.

"I was turned the night I moved out." Blake said, pretending like he didn't care but I felt the sadness coming off him in waves. I just quietly nodded, trying to decide where I should strike first. A knee to the kidney or a punch in the neck? Can I get pass him AND get throught the door? I couldn't help but second guess myself, after all I've been doing it for ass long ass I can think of. I need to break that habit. Only one way to find out.

I decided on a punch in the throat and then a knee in the kidney. I need all the time I can get. "Hold on, you have an eyelash on your face." I said, leaning forward and positioning my knee to his kidney. As I wiped a random place underneath his right eye, I lifted my right knee into his kidney the same time I punched him in the throat. Hard. Not wanting to waste any time, I used my vampire speed to get to the door and opened it with the key Jen sneaked to me this morning.

I unlocked the door, and saw Jen on the other side like we planned. I paused momentarily so she could jump on my back and she used her feet to steer me up the stairs of the basement and doen the hall. Just as we reached the door, a group of people including Claire and Blake, who was still clutching his side. Dumbass, drink some blood. Jen was muttering something under her breath and next thing I know we're in the back of a grocery store in an empty isle. I probably would've fallen on my ass if i hadn't grabbed the shelf.

Jen jumped off my back and grabbed a box of brownies. "I don't know about you, but I'm hungry." Jen says before walking down the chip isle. She glanced at me and grabbed a large bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos and a bag of Funyums the same size. I nodded in approval before going down the drink isle. I didn't know what kind of drink Jen wanted so I grabbed a code red mountain dew and an original mountain dew. When I saw Jen's approving smile, we walked to the counter and paid for the food and drinks. "So are we going to walk around the city, whatever city we're in like sitting ducks or are we going to get a car. I know how to hot wire if I need to." I offered casually as we passed an old couple in the parking lot. "No need, many supernaturals here owe my dad a favor, and we're in Atlanta, Georgia." Jen said casually, not even freaked out we went from Texas to Georgia in a matter of seconds. It's also the first time I've heard her mention anything about her parents. "Oh." I said as a black mercedes began to slow down next to us. Damn, not again. The driver's windoe rolled down and a man that had the same hazel eyes as Jen spoke. "Hey J, didn't know you were in town." The man replied before glancing at me, a look of recognition crossed his features before disappearing, I ignored it though. "Reggie, remember when I told you about that supernatural school?" Jen asked, getting in the front seat of the car so I climbed into the backseat. "Yeah." I replied, buckling my seatbelt. "You're starting school there tomorrow." Jen said, nonchalantly. Fuck me sideways. The rest of the ride was quiet.
