Chapter 1

Some time later after Killua watched tv for a while longer it had become even later into the night (I guess you could say morning though) than when Illumi had barged in with that stupid job. Killua sighed and then decided to look at the file in more detail so he could know what he was dealing with. 

He examined the person file and ended up staring at the picture of the boy. It was blurry to the point where Killua was only sure of one thing.  The boy had green hair. The file also had the address of his target so he decided that he would do some reconnaissance the next day. He looked at some other details such as that he lived with his aunt and that he was normally spotted wearing green. The boy seemed to be covered in green but as far as Killua was concerned it would make him easier to spot. Lastly he committed the name to memory. Gon Freecss. What a strange name. Two e's and two s's. Killua chuckled and then put the file down on his desk and went to take a warm shower. 

As he adjusted the heat of the water Killua felt his eyelids drooping. He knew he should have gone to bed earlier but he wasn't going to bed without taking a warm shower. It was a sin in his book. 

After the warm shower he felt refreshed as anyone should. He got dressed into some cozy clothing and got into bed for the night.

"GON YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE!!" Mito shouted up the stairs. 

"Coming!" A chipper voice replied. She laughed and set out his breakfast on the table and seconds later Gon came running down the stairs dressed in green, his signature color. 

"Eat quickly. You're already running a bit behind" his aunt warned. 

Gon wolfed down the food like he hadn't eaten in weeks. He then packed his bag and quickly ran out of the house in order to make the bus while yelling goodbye to his aunt Mito. 

The bus driver shook his head and chucked as Gon ran on "I'm so sorry I'm late again. I can't seem to wake up on time." He laughed hoping that their bus driver Leorio wouldn't be too upset. 

"If you keep being late I'll have to start driving away when I see you leave your house Gon!" Leorio teased as Gon took a seat in the middle of the bus. As the bus started up Gon started spacing out and they arrived at school before he knew it. 

The day went by pretty slowly and Gon trudged from one class to the next until it was time to go home. He was always early to the bus back home because he was exited to go home. Who wouldn't be after a long day at school? 

Gon got back to his house fairly quickly and was exited for the weekend as it was Friday. He sat down on the couch when he got in the house and enjoyed the feeling of knowing that he didn't have homework to do because it wouldn't be due till Monday. Procrastinating am I right? 

"Welcome home Gon" Mito said and mentioned that she had started cooking Gon's favorite dinner: chicken alfredo pasta. Ahhh it always tasted to yummy. It also explained why the house smelled so good. Gon settled down in front of his laptop and ended up going down that internet rabbit hole while his aunt finished dinner.

Meanwhile Killua had managed to get into their backyard without either noticing that he was there. Now that he knew the layout of their house he decided that he could hide somewhere inside while he waited for a good opportunity to kill Gon. He regretted the fact that he might also have to kill Gon's aunt but he didn't think there was a good chance that she wouldn't get in the way somehow. He didn't really want to kill Gon either but he'd rather do that then end up in solitary confinement and be tortured again. He shivered at the thought. 

As he examined Gon to memorize his appearance he almost laughed seeing his green outfit. He really did wear green a lot and Killua wasn't going to lie but Gon did look nice in green. The boy was rather handsome but also cute at the same time. Killua almost got distracted from the reason he was even there in the first place. He couldn't fall for a target. It just couldn't happen. He's be disowned and kicked to the street and worse he would never be liked back anyway.
He laughed bitterly to himself at the thought. 

He decided to go home for the day and come back the on Saturday to complete his mission even though he had until the next week. He couldn't risk developing a crush on Gon if he waited too long because god damn the guy was good looking and seemed so cheerful. He shuddered thinking about stabbing his nails through Gon's chest and ripping out his heart. He never wanted to see those eyes go lifeless but he would have to do it tomorrow.

Killua sighed as he jumped the fence to get out of Gon's backyard and started making his way back to Kukuroo mountain.

Killua had made it back home and was still thinking about Gon's handsome face and beautiful bright smile. Stop thinking about him you idiot. Killua tried to force the thoughts out of his head but an image of Gon appeared in his head when he closed his eyes. "Fuck" Killua muttered.
"Are you ok big brother?" Killua looked up to see Alluka standing in his doorway this time.
Killua smiled at her "yea I'm fine sis. How are you and Nanika?"

"We're doing good. Mother had finally stopped pestering us about being a boy when we're actually girls."

"I'm glad to hear that. It was about time she accepted you as you are" and about time they accept me as a gay Killua thought but didn't say it out loud. He knew that would never happen anyway. 

"I know right?" Alluka giggled "ok goodnight brother!" Alluka started to walk away but then she turned around " oh! And Nanika also says goodnight!"  

Killua smiled and waved "goodnight sis" and he returned to his room. He fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.
