THOSE DAYS

AFTER  A  WEEK

It's been nearly a week now since Lucas started to tutor me . We went to the cafe , park and many more places together to find a quiet place to study but his face was too good for me to focus on instead of focusing on what he was teaching and furthermore he was a topper and I was at the last place so it was always difficult to understand what he was basically teaching . Today we planned to study at a nearby cafeteria so I headed towards it right after completing my homework. I didn't had enough time to change my school uniform so I just rushed to the place with my school dress . As soon as I reached there, I saw Lucas sitting in a table for two as reading a book while waiting for me .he always looked too stunning no matter what he did or maybe it was my eyes that I never found a flaw in him , elsewhere just think about Arlo , so full of flaws . I cleared my mind and headed towards the seat . When I took the seat he looked at me with his shining eyes but I couldn't see them clearly cause he had his glasses on .

"  Sorry that I made you wait "
"No problem , I was just free . Quite an interesting dress to wear on a date "
" On a date ?"
" I was just kidding . It's only two of us so just randomly said it "
" Oh "
"Let's start the lesson now "

He started to teach me but as I said that it was a pity to look at the book instead of his face so I couldn't focus on what he was teaching . After some time I felt a pat on my shoulder . I lifted my face as I thought that it was Lucas but when I saw that it wasn't him cause he was still busy in teaching me , I turned my head . To my surprise , it was Arlo and Noah
Why did this guy always followed me

" Hey Catherine, so how's your study going . I guess I disturbed you both "
" Yes you surely did "
" Didn't expected you to have the confidence to talk to me like that "
" Disappointed huh !?"
"I don't think you can understand anything either way "
" Why are you so childish ?"
" Anyways , you started it . Noah ! Let's go to study cause we can't waste our time in talking with this dumbhead "

I was about to talk back but Lucas said
"Don't be influenced by them , let's focus on what's important right now "

I agreed to him but then after some time both of them came to our table , holding the chairs in their hand . They sat beside us and Arlo started teaching Noah while Lucas taught me . After some time they both started talking loudly

"Hey Noah! Tell me the answer of this question now . I just told you the answer a minute ago "
"Uhmm... it's option A ...wait it's option B ....no no , it's C ...or maybe it's option D ...yes it's option D "
"You dumbo, it's option A "
"See . I knew it , I told you it's option A "
" Did you ? Or did you said all the possible answers ? You said all the option A,B,C,D , how can it be right ? Are you a pig ? So stupid!!"
"S_sorry "
" What ? Here , tell me this one . I have told you the answer of this one nearly 800 times . Can you tell me the answer of this one ? "
"I might "
"You might ?"
"Hmm"
"What ? You don't even know if you can answer this one !? "
"If only you were as gentle as Lucas is , I'll definitely show more efforts . I'll definitely not make you embarrassed "
"How am I not gentle!? Save the crap and just do it !! "

I was laughing like a mad person at that time but when I turned my head , it wasn't only me who was laughing but also all the people present there including Lucas , they all were laughing .

THE  NEXT  DAY

I headed towards the school as I was already late . I started to run to my way but suddenly I heard someone calling me . As I stopped , it was Lucas sitting on his bicycle
"Catherine, come , sit here in the back seat "
"Uhmm..."
" Come on , we are already too late "
"If you say so ..."
" Hold tight on to me ''

I sat on the back of his bicycle as he was paddling it . Isn't it funny how he always comes to my rescue whenever I need him ? Maybe he's my soulmate ?

A  WEEK  LATER

I somehow managed to get the test of Noah and was looking into it to see if he scored higher than me . To my surprise ,he got most of the answers right but it was just a test and it was still time for the monthly exam . Suddenly Kiara came and sat in front of my seat till she started to speak
"Catherine, why do have Noah's math answer sheet ? "
She didn't knew that Noah was just sitting a few benches away from us and her voice was loud enough for him to hear it . Soon his feirce voice reached to my ears

"Catherine!! How dare you take my stuff. Give it back"
Soon he started to run towards me as I tried to escape. We both ran till he caught me .
"Catherine, I tell you give it back right now "
I holded it tightly behind my back till he started to come closer while I took a few steps back .just then Kiara's loud voice said

"Catherine , he took your physics answers sheet.he dropped it by mistake while chasing you "
It was then when we both stared each other in agony , fear and anger all together . We both again started to run but it was me this time who was trying to catch him. After running for a long time , he tripped over his feet so I was able to catch him

"Give it back to me Noah "
"I won't, first you give it to me"
"Why did you touch my things first ?"
" It wasn't me , it was you who did it first "

We both were fighting like idiots till Arlo shouted in anger

"Alright stop !! What's up with the two of you ? Are you both kids ? Aren't you ashamed you two ? Fighting for second to last place in class. People would think that you were fighting for the first place in school "
