Abhinav's pov:
"Ughhh! What's the matter with you Aaru?" Irritation surged up inside me upon the disturbance which was a gift from my very dearest brother.
"First of all, nothing is the matter with me. And, the most important, STOP CALLING ME AARU! Common Bhai, I'm not a kid anymore." He whined like a kid upon hearing his nickname.
"Why brother? What happened? Isn't that what we've been calling you since childhood? Aaru?" I smiled wickedly.
"Bhai, can you please not call me that?" He yelled, stressing on each word.
"No, I won't. Aaru! Aaru! Aaru!" I laughed at his srunched nose and his red face which was clearly showing how irritated he was.
"You know what, I don't want to talk to you." Saying this, he stormed out of the corridor, muttering something under his breath. Probably, cursing me.
"Why do you annoy him so much? He does no harm to you." My wife came out in protection of her brother.
"As expected! I knew you would side him." I said.
"I'm not siding him. I just don't want you guys to fight. You look great when you all are happy."
"Oh my innocent wifey, we did not fight. I was just messing with him as an elder brother does with his younger one. That normal between us. And you see that yourself. When we will go downstairs, he will be engaged in this work and would have completely forgotten this little banter after sometime. So, just relax." I explained her everything so that she does not worry about us unnecessarily.
She smiled and nodded at my reply, making me smile back at her. I won't get tired of this thing, her recurring smile, would I?
"Come on, now let's go downstairs. Otherwise, Aaru would go around the entire house shouting that we were romancing in the corridor." I just said this so casually, but it looked like I said something very strange seeing my wife's widened eyes and red cheeks.
Control yourself and your mouth Abhi. She's still very innocent.
I reminded myself and we walked to the living room.
"So, you both finally met, huh?" Amu said out of nowhere, upon seeing us.
"Yeah, we did. Why? Do you have a problem?"
"No Bhai. Why would I have a problem? At least not when I could see how uneasy you were all the time without Nisha."
"You...." Before, I could say anything, she ran and like always, I ran behind her to catch her.
Nisha's pov:
The whole mansion echoed the siblings' voices. The whole atmosphere lightened up with joy as if a ray of happy sunshine stayed inside and never left. A different vibe was there to see the beautifully decorated mansion and everyone's happy faces. Like a dream, a beautiful dream ; everything seemed so unreal yet amazing at the same time.
"Nisha, when did you come downstairs?" I turned back to see Mummy walking with a tray full of jewellery boxes with her.
"Just now, Mummy. And, why are you carrying this? Give it to me. I'll take it." Saying this, I went towards her.
"No no. It's fine. The jeweller just sent these boxes back, after polishing them. I'll just keep it in the room. Stay here, I'll be be back in a minute."
Before giving me any chance to say something, Mummy went to her room.
"Ma'am, where do I place the speakers? The DJ has sent them." Came a man, asking me.
