Back when the test was revealed

It was early in the morning some of us where on our rooms getting ready for the day, others were on the practice room, and some where on the kitchen preparing breakfast. "I-landers you have a shared fate from now on. In the next four tests, your scores will be added to find an average." The voice said as we reunited in front of the gate. Then the screens turned on. "If the score is of 96-100, no one will be eliminated. However if the score is from 66-70 points, 7 of you will get eliminated." The voice continued. "Who is eliminated is up to you."

"Teamwork is important then." I thought without realizing I was doing it out loud. "You're right." Jay told me.

When the test was announced, Jay started talking about how the numbers closest to 1 got more in the center. Honestly I didn't pay attention. I was analyzing the song, that, I didn't notice he was worried about it. Now that I remember it I feel more guilty than I already was.

Back when part 7 was decided

"Who wants to do part 7?" Seon asked. At this point Jay had tried for every single part. I raised my hand. Then Jay raised his. Damn it, now I'm going against him. Jay and I closed our eyes. "Everyone who thinks Hayley should do part 7, raise your hands." "Everyone who thinks Jay, should do part 7, raise your hands." We opened our eyes. "Hayley gets part 7." K said. "Whatever I'll just do whatever is left." Jay said angrily.

He then got part 8. I didn't really thought he was angry with me specifically, just angry with everyone in general. Well now, I have a feeling I should apologize. No, I didn't do anything wrong, he should apologize.

Something to know about me. I am definitely not, the bigger person. Want to know my personal hobbie? I call it winning. That just makes me the world's sorest loser. In conclusion, I'm not apologizing first. I do believe I did nothing wrong.

We were in the practice room. Heeseung was leading the practice. "I think the movement of the arms is in the front" Youngbin said to no one in specific "Is it to the front or the side?" Someone else asked. "Well let's check." Niki ran for the Ipad in front of the room a played the video. The video clearly showed it was in front. "I did it like this, so the movement was easier. If we want it to look better we should do it sideways." Heeseung finally replied. Silence. He left the practice room.

"We could do it sideways too." Geonu said. "I think the choreography, should be respected. Someone else did it and we shouldn't be changing it." Dara voiced out. "Which one should we do?" Sunghoon asked.

Heeseung came back calmed down. He suggested to do the dance one by one, so he could judge. Wait a damn minute. Why is he supposed to judge? Like boy, we get it, they call you the ace, but like why?

Another thing to know about me. I don't like following people (specially man). I mean, it's okay to have a dance leader, but Mr. Dance Leader decides to judge. You lost me there.

Well, it looks like no one is complaining. Guess we are going to do this. Yes, I do not like following but, I'm not about to cause any drama.

It's been three days. Three fucking days. Heeseung is kind of being, I correct myself he IS being a complete bitch. He's telling them the most hurtful things in the world. I mean, watch your mouth Hee, save the comments for when you are actually an expert.

I actually do notice that he won't do that with neither Dara, Iseul, or me. I mean, I am greatful that he is not doing it. But that only means one thing. He thinks we are weak. That we couldn't take it because we are girls. And it's not that we are doing perfect. Yesterday I did the same mistakes someone else did, and he corrected them really rudely. He just corrected me in the most polite way possible.

We were now sitting on the stairs. To be honest I wanted to get Heeseung's leadership a notch down already. It was already night and I was tired. Also tension was through the roof, you could cut it with a knife, if you wanted.

"I know I have to improve, and I don't mind dancing as a whole, but he put us dancing one by one, and does those rude corrections." Youngbin said, and I couldn't agree more. "I knew this was going to happen, that's why I didn't wanted to be center." Heeseung started. "The thing is that, it is not only learning the choreography and do it, is also about doing it with style. I wanted to lead us that way." He continued. "Honestly, I would rather if someone else is center." He concluded.

"I think we should vote again." K said. "I support that idea." Seon said. "How about Niki, he already knows the steps." Geonu said. "I don't mind, but if you think you can't do it, say it we won't judge either choice." Heeseung said.

Today is the day of the test. I think we are confident enough. Also producer Rain came and gave us some tips. Nonetheless we were still freaking, I mean first time performing in front producers, and an audience you are not able to see but they are able to see you. Great now I am freaking out. The changes in choreography definitely have everyone on their nerves.

March 2017, Brentwood, California.

"Hayley, please we want to do that choreography." A girl exclaimed. "We are not changing choreographies." Hayley replied. "Why not? Come on. Look I heard you like, Cole from 10th grade. There is no way you'll make him look at you, unless we do this one." Alex the only girl who complained told Hayley. She blushed at the mention of his crush, Cole. "We are not doing that." Hayley told her. "Then I'm leaving the team." Hayley hated that girl, but she couldn't deny her talent.

"Hey are you actually here?" Genou asked me. "Yep, I'm fine. Just daydreaming." I replied. The alarm of the egg went off. "I-landers, be reminded that you share a destiny. Please enter the gate." The voice said, and so we did. "God save us all." I said. "Be confident, you've been amazing since practice, imagine in the actual performance." Jungwon, who of course was beside me, told me.

It's been around 15 minutes since we performed. Suddenly the screen turned on and showed us all our scores. The highest was 78. "Oh shit." I whispered, my faithful friend Jungwon who was beside me let out a small laugh, but it just didn't seem to ease the tense atmosphere. Now, the average, 60. Oh great! Way to start with a 60 point average. How funny, isn't it ?

A/N
Isn't it a lovely way to start the show? Honestly I felt so bad for them when I saw the show. Hope you liked this chapter though. Byeeeee!
