After finding out that Yumi had two best friends after asking about the peculiar videos that Akashi and she had seen prior, the white haired girl was delighted at the fact that she could know more about her life through asking Ami and Mayu.

They had spent hours talking while Akashi sat and watched them interact, at the same time knowing more about Yumi in the process.

"So how did I know the both of you?" Yumi asked with a smile.

Taking another sandwich, Ami answered her question. "You met me during pre-school."

"And I in high school." Mayu added, sipping on her tea.

Ami took a bite of her food before including more details of how they met. "You see, when we were introducing ourselves you had mentioned that you were a fan of the show Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi since you had a similar nick name with one of the protagonists then during break time, I went to you and told you that my name was Ami, also one of the main protagonists of the show and we instantly hit off as friends." Ami saw Yumi's amazed look. "Amazing, huh?"

The other nodded her head swiftly. "Super!"

Ami's grin turned sad, her blue eyes downcast. "Unfortunately we lost contact because you moved to the Okayama Prefecture once we reached elementary school. But then," Her smile returned. "I moved to Okayama once I hit high school and I saw you attended the same school as me and I'm glad our best friend vibe never went away!"

"And this is where I come in." Mayu said as she put down her cup on a coaster. She propped her glasses up which properly showed her dark brown eyes. "We met at the school library, in which you were together with this idiot over here," Mayu placed her arm on top of Ami's head which emitted a small "ouch" from her latter's mouth. "I just happened to reach for the same book as you, Wuthering Heights I believe. You then let me have it since you were a kind person-

"Me, kind?" "Yumi, kind?" Akashi and Yumi chorused jokingly, earning small laughter from Ami.

I can somehow see chemistry between these two~ Ami thought to herself as Mayu nodded to continue the small anecdote.

"As I was saying, you were a kind person so you let me borrow it. Then after I checked out the book you asked me if it was okay if after I read it, I would lend it to you. You were so shy back then," this sentence made Akashi raise an amused eyebrow. "and you kept on stuttering," Akashi stifled his chuckles at the back of his hand which earned a glare from Yumi. "I just had to accept. Since then we kept on bonding over books with Ami as well who only reads fanfiction apparently."

"The Hunger Games fanfiction, to be precise!" Ami added with a sheepish grin which earned a laugh from Yumi. "Katniss and Peeta!"

"I honestly ship Katniss and Gale." Before Ami could retort, Mayu shoved a sandwich in her mouth. "So that's that; how you met Ami and me."

"That's amazing," Yumi said, "you two seem like amazing friends. It's really too bad that I have no memories of my past." She sighed. "On that note, do you have any idea why I had a fear of being alone?"

Ami and Mayu exchanged a look. "To be honest, you never really told us exactly why you had that fear." Ami spoke, "You just said that you hated being alone and you didn't want to be left alone which lead you to be a little bit clingy to us."

Yumi sweat dropped. "I was... clingy?"

Cough, "Hah, Yumi was clingy," Cough.

"Shut up, Akashi."
