"You must be hearing things, Yukine-san." Akashi said, trying to avert the boy's attention.
Yukine clicked his tongue in annoyance. "With all due respect, Akashi-san, I'm not a gullible six year old! I know I heard my onee-chan." He pushed on, pointing at Akashi's right pocket. "Please tell me the truth, I'm her little brother." The brown-haired boy threw Akashi his signature puppy eyes, making Akashi's twitch. "Please please please-"
"Fine," geez, he's just like Yumi. He pulled out his phone after ordering Yukine to not tell his parents. The younger one agreed eagerly, resulting Akashi to hand over his phone to him once he unlocked it, Yumi instantly appearing on the screen. "Akashi-sa- oh shiiiete oshiete sono shikumi wo!" Yumi covered up her profanity, chuckling afterwards. "And who might you be?" She asked Yukine kindly.
"K-Kamiwara Yukine." He stuttered. "Is this really my onee-chan?"
"Yes, trust us." Mayu said after she was done crying with her best friend, wiping her face with her handkerchief.
"Y-Yumi-neechan?" The little boy's voice cracked, gazing at the Yumi behind the screen.
"Hi!" Said Yumi in a happy manner.
Yukine's lips quivered as he tried to form words at the back of his mind. "Wha... Whe... How...?"
The white haired girl scratched the back of his head. "I myself don't know, hehe." She muttered.
Tears started falling from Yukine's eyes as he gazed at Yumi. "Onee-chan..."
"Hey, hey, hey! Don't cry," Yumi said, tears forming in her eyes as well, "it's going to make me cry!"
Yukine stood up and wiped his eyes. "I... I'm going back inside. Don't worry, I won't tell Okaa-san and Otou-san about Yumi-neechan. If you want to go already, just call for Koji-san; he's always in the kitchen." He said, jogging back inside.
Yumi looked to her side and instantly froze at the sight of her tombstone. She felt cold and numb just looking at it. "I know that I'm dead but I didn't need to see that..." She mumbled to herself.
Hearing this, Akashi instantly covered the phone screen. "Ah, I'm sorry." He apologized.
"By the way, those flowers," She said, sitting down somewhere random in his phone. "Did Yukine put them there? They're beautiful." She commented, chuckling slightly.
"No, I did." was Akashi's reply.
Knowing that the red head had put the flowers there, it made her smile. "Thank you." She told him as he removed his hand from the screen, making his phone face him instead.
A ringtone interrupted the now quiet atmosphere. Noriko quickly reached for her phone in her pocket and looked at the text message. A sigh escaped her lips as she stood up from her place. "I have to go, parents are insisting that I come home since it's getting a bit late." She bowed at all of them. "Thank you for bringing me here." She said, making the two girls smile.
Ami and Mayu apologized once more because of their initial behavior when they first met, but she smiled and said it was all right then quickly left to go back to her parents.
After a while, the best friends decided to go home as well so they told Akashi that they would go ahead. He nodded and turned back to the grave. He pat the slab of stone twice before standing up and heading out the mansion himself, heading to a hotel that his family owns.
The receptionist recognized Akashi at first glance so he greeted him and bowed as a sign of respect and told him that a prepped room is already prepared for him; only accessible by and Akashi.
