Part 7 Feels

"So where are we going first?"

"Here", he said as he looked up

I looked at the direction he was looking at and it was

"Our restaurant?", I asked with widened eyes at Baekhyun

"Yes, is there a problem?", he asked

I still looked bewildered at him and answered

"No"

We walked in and greeted my parents

"Hello welcome to.." my mother paused as she saw who it was

"Oh MeiLing, what brings you here?", my mother asked

"We want to eat something and start on our project"

"Okay, no problem", she replied and looked at Baekhyun

"And who is your friend?", she asked while pointing at him

"Annyeonghaseyo mrs. Lee, I'm Baekhyun, her schoolmate", Baekhyun greeted with a bow. Did he just said schoolmate? I think I was thinking too much.

"Hello Baekhyun, nice to meet you", she replied

"What are you guys doing here?", Mom asked us

"We actually want to work on our project, but we ended up here, I guess", I said as I looked at Baekhyun, waiting for him to say something

"Actually I want to try one of your dishes mrs. Lee, since I heard a lot about it. It must taste great", Baekhyun said as my mother looked bewildered

"Oh really? Well then, what do you want to eat?", Mom asked

"You may choose", Baekhyun said, looking at me

"uhmm...mom, we'll order our special then", I said

"It comes right away. You two can seat over here", she said as she pointed at the table next to her.

"Thank you mrs. Lee", Baekhyun said and bowed again

"Aigoo, what great manners!", she said as she held his shoulder

We seated on the table and waited for our food. Baekhyun was just looking around and didn't say a word, so I decided to start a conversation.

"So about the project, do you have some ideas?", I asked as he faced me

"Actually no, I've been too busy lately", Baekhyun answered

"Okay, uhmm.. I have some ideas for our play, it's very similar to Romeo and Juliet and -", I started as he cut me off

"Okay, we'll do that", Baekhyun quickly replied while grabbing his phone. He slightly lauhed as he was playing on his phone. He didn't even bother to hear what I had to say. Aisshh, so frustrating. I thought I would be happy working with him, but he's just using me. I think I'll have to do this project alone. *sigh*

"I'll let you know when we have to find some actors and props for the play", I said and he was still not paying attention and just nodded in response. I heaved another sigh as my mother approached us with 2 bowls in her hands.

"Enjoy your meal", my mother said as she smiled and walked away.

While we were eating our food, he was just playing on his phone. Sometimes he was laughing, sometimes he was frowning. For me it became really awkward.

I thought this would be fun, working with my crush. NOT!

I waved at Baekhyun as he headed home. After he was gone, I went to my room and dialed my friend MinHee, she was in Korea as an exchange student. We always contact each other when we have some boys problems or when we want to laugh. I can always rely on her. She is someone I trusted the most and she supports me the most. She is really brave when it comes to bitchy girls. Once when I was bullied in elementary school, MinHee made that girl cry without hurting her, well only with words. I still don't know how to thank her, because nothing can express how much I love her as a friend and feel grateful for being my friend.
