MeiLing's POV~
Outside is the sun shining brightly and I'm working in my parent's restaurant. Even if I want to go outside and feel the warmth of the sun on my face, I have to help my parents since they get exhausted easily and they are quite old. The doctor told them to rest well and not overwork, but we still haven't enough employees yet so it's difficult for them not to work. So it's not wrong to help them a little.
It's rushing hour and I'm doing my best to keep each customer satisfied, but it's just that we need more employees. We're just with the three of us, but it's sometimes too difficult to handle it, even if the restaurant isn't that big.
My parents hung a poster with 'employees wanted' on the door and we finally managed to hire a new employee. It's not really a big deal to work here, since the pay isn't really much, but that's all we can afford to lose on salary.
Couple of hours later~
"MeiLing, food is ready for table 7!", I hear my father yell
"Ne father, I'm coming" I yell back at him
When I delivered the customer's food, I heard the door opening. I turned around and saw a handsome guy with deer looking eyes. He gave me a smile and rubbed his neck out of shyness. I smiled back and approached him.
"Hi, are you perhaps Luhan?" I asked him
"How do you know that?" He asked back
"My mother told me about the new employee about my age" I paused as he looked away and let out a chuckle.
"So you are the new employee?"
"Ne, your mother contacted me" He replied
"Ah, I see" I responded
At the right moment my mother approached us, before it became awkward.
"Ah, you came. You're probably Luhan, our new employee?" my mother asked
"Ne, ma'am"
"Call me Li Na", she smiled at him
"Ne, Li Na"
"Umm, can you start right away?"
"Yes, but I don't know much" he said
"Don't worry, MeiLing will help and teach you how to prepare our dishes"
"Ne, Li Na, I'll do my best" he replied
"Well then, work hard!", she said as she placed her hand on his shoulder
"Ne" he replied and bowed as my mother continued work.
"I'll help you right after I'm done with delivering food to the tables" I told him
"What can I do?" he asked
"Oh, can you clean those tables please?" I asked as I pointed at the tables in front tof the restaurant
"Ne" he replied happily
Luhan's POV~
From the moment I walked in I saw her, the one. Maybe you could say it was Love at first sight, but I'm not sure. Maybe It's possible. She told me to clean up the tabled and when I turned around I saw the most beautiful and flawless thing................her smile. I could forever look at it. She looked up in my direction. She let out a small chuckle and proceeded to the kitchen. Then I realized I was still cleaning the same spot as 5 minutes ago. That's why she laughed. Okay, get your head straight.
