"Shut up, (your name)," Midorima said.
"Why?"
"It's annoying! Stop making fun of me!"
"But Shin-chan!"
"Stop it or I'll make you," he said and you can't help but notice that his ears were super red.
"Oh? What are you going to do?" you taunted.

He kissed you, and it has effectively shut you up. You were silent for a while, and the both of you were so red that it was comparable to Akashi's hair. That was because it was the first time that he made the first move.
After a while, he started to get awkward and broke the silence.
"Speak to me nanodayo."
