Sober / Daemon Targaryen Out now!

"I'm sorry your grace, I can take him."

Alisha stared back at her as Aegon cried out. Your grace, that was her. She was your grace, her grace, the grace?

"I can take him." Alisha countered. The handmaiden stared back at her confused.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I can... I... yes." Alisha assured reaching out for Aegon. "Come here my sweet prince." Alisha coed.

"Your grace?" Criston asked knocking on the door as her handmaidens left.

"Yes Criston? Ser Criston." She corrected.

"I just wanted to give you an update on the king." Criston remarked. He looked to Aegon settling against her shoulder. "They had to take his arm but they are confident... he will make a full recovery."

"His arm? He's..." Alisha stopped herself. Surly his wife would know that he was sick. That he might be dying. "Thank you Ser Criston." Alisha said softly as she sat down.

"No one knew he was sick." Criston assured her seeing her worry. "He didnt want anyone to know, the maester should have told you. The king should have told you." Criston remarked. "I'm sorry that isnt my place." Crisotn said taking a step back.

"Thank you." Alisha said as Aegon snuggled into her. "For telling me. PLease do keep me updated as the maesters see fit... I would like to see him when he wakes as well." Alisha remarked.

"Of course your grace. He will be drugged on the poppy the maesters informed me, best to visit in the morning."

Alisha nodded understanding as Aegon fell asleep against her.

"I could call a handmaiden back?" Criston offered. "For the prince."

"Oh no, I can manage. Goodnight Ser." Alisha corrected. "And Ser Criston, thank you." Criston nodded as he headed out. Alisha pulled the blankets back and Aegon curled up into her. She looked around her new chambers, it was bigger than her whole house with Gran in Lys the true Alicent would be disappointed she wanted to give up this life, this love, this little boy.

Alisha thought Aegon was precious. So this was her life. This was her life. What happened if Alicent got to Lys and decided that the missed her family her husband her children, then what of Alisha? She couldnt imagine being apart from Viserys or Aegon already. She still had a daughter she hadnt met yet.

Alicent docked and looked for the daisy on the door. It was small. When Alisha said a house... well this was more of a hobble. But she pushed open the door and never felt more free.

Alicent wondered if their ruse would work. If Alisha could truly fit in her place innocently unnoticed. If Viserys would know. Her father... alicent pushed Otto from her mind he was removed as hand he wouldnt be back in the capital. He wouldnt be the wiser.

This could work. This was going to work. She heard a knock on the door and sucked in a deep breath. She could do this. She could play the part.

"Hello." Alicent said pulling open the door and possibly the most handsome man she had ever met was standing in front of her.

"Alisha right?" He asked and Alicent nodded. "I just moved in up the hill. Heard you lost your Grandmother- oh Im Steve Rogers by the way."

"Alisha Turnberry. But everyone calls me Ali." Alicent informed him as he shook her hand.

"Sorry," Steve said letting go of her hand. "You're just so beautiful." Alicent felt her heart flutter. "Aparently our grandparents were close. My grandmother passed last moon I was going through her stuff and found this... she wrote a lot about your grandmother. The daisy door." He held out an old journal. "Thought you might want it." Alicent took it from him the real Alisha would find more value from this.

"Thank you. Thats really sweet of you Steve." Alicent answered.

"Well... I should let you get back to it..." steve said unmoving from her door step.

"Or you could stay." Alicent suggested. "It would be nice to have a friend."
