Hands to Myself / Ned Stark / Jon Snow / Elia Martell out now!!

Viserys moved their bodies so that they were laying down. Her head rested on his chest. His arm wrapped around her body as their feet tangle together at the bottom of the bed. They drifted off to sleep, cuddled up in the soft light of the candles.

Waking in the morning Viserys knew Alisha and Aemond were already flying because she was gone and her riding boots were gone as well.

"Ser Criston?"

"Yes your grace?"

"Ali had that book... you remember it that man brought it?" Viserys questioned.

"I recall." Criston agreed.

"Ali is riding with Aemond?"

"Yes your grace."

"And where is this book?" Viserys questioned.

"In the kitchen I believe." So viserys moved to the kitchen and found it tucked away against the far wall away from possible splatter. He opened it up and read the writing on the cover.

"To my dearest granddaughter, Ali love, I hope this book helps you when you have your own children one day... love Granny Peggy..."

Viserys flipped through the book and sighed, Ali was a common name he supposed, he didnt know any other Ali's though but-

"Ser Criston!" Viserys declared. "Do you remember what that mans name was?"

"Steve?" Criston replied hesitantly.

"And his dead wife?"

"Ali." Criston said with clarity. "What are you thinking about your grace?"

"I know this sounds crazy but I think I have known something was different with Alicent since my accident." Viserys remarked. "Even the night of Rhaenyra's wedding, she was acting... different."

"I... might I speak freely your grace?"

"Yes, please do. I welcome it." Viserys agreed.

"She found me in the gardens and she said she was lost, she has lived in the capital most her life and I have never known her to be lost... I found that strange but it was a crazy night."

"And then after?" Viserys questioned.

"I always assumed it was because she was worried about you, she saw how fragile life was, she was a mess when you collapsed your grace. Big tears in her eyes, she was a wreck. She found peace in the children, maybe although I'm sure you would have rather kept your arms maybe that was just the push she needed to spend time with you and the children." Criston offered. Viserys nodded he was probably right but there were other things that Viserys pushed down because he was falling in love with his wife at the time, he was in love with his wife. He loved his children, Rhaenyra was doing well in the council. Everything was going smoothly, so why was he pushing?

Because he wanted to know who this amazing woman was and he didnt think her name was Alicent Hightower.

Viserys stared down at the batter, the swirls of blue berry pancakes in the making. Alisha smiled up at him and Viserys saw goodness before him and he knew when he looked into his wifes eyes. He knew.

"The flight was great

"The flight was great." Alisha admitted. "Aemond is such a good rider. He kept asking if I was okay, he really is the sweetest boy."

"He gets that from you." Viserys agreed.

"I made chocolate cake last night, you want to help me frost it?" Alisha questioned.

"Of course... Ali, you know I love you."

"I love you!" Alisha agreed.

"You can tell me anything." Viserys added.

"I'm not lying!" Alisha declared laughing out. "I had fun flying you were right." Viserys nodded smiling softly back at her. "I think this means Aemond is going to want to go flying every day but I think I'm okay with it. You were right, the thrill of being in the clouds, why would anyone want to walk anywhere?"

"Fastest way across the narrow sea." Viserys offered and Alisha stiffened.

"Whats that?"

"You always talk about the chefs there, the things you read about what they do there, maybe a trip." Viserys offered. Alisha turned around to face him.

"Well, could we all fly? Oh did I tell you Mouse can fly, not with Kaida on his back but he flew up to the ceiling and Kaida was laughing out last night for story time. It was the cutest thing. Mouse is really a blessing." Alisha remarked.

"You are a blessing." Viserys remarked kissing her cheek.

"Kids pancakes for supper, come and get it!" Alisha called out as she plated a big plate on the table. An echo of 'thanks mum' scattered in as they sat down. Viserys smiled as Alisha started frosting the cake, he watched her smiling and chatting with the children. She was perfect and he knew. Viserys smeared some frosting on her face kissing it off and she laughed out.

"Cake for me?" Kaida questioned jumping up.

"This looks delicious, mama." Aemond remarked.

"Should we test it?" ALisha questioned pulling the cake to them and taking a seat at the table. Aegon cut the cake into large pieces for everyone.

"Lets take a piece back to our chambers." Viserys corrected.

"Oh yes." Alisha agreed. "Dont eat the whole thing you will get a tummy ache." Alisha instructed. She put the cake up once they children had pieces and instructed Laenor and Jace to have some cake. "You too Criston," Alisha nudged him in. "Viserys will keep me safe."

"I will." Viserys agreed. She leaned into Viserys as they walked and he held the door open for them, They took a seat on the couch and Alisha smiled putting the cake between them.

Alisha might have taken the largest bite of chocolate cake in her life when viserys spoke up.

"You are not Alicent Hightower."

Fork still in her mouth she slowly lifted her eyes to meet viserys gaze. She chewed and swallowed thickly.
