When we went back to our hotel room from our date, I received a call. It was Min.
"Min?" I said as soon as I answered her call.
"Damn you, Kesia! You did not tell me that you're going on a vacation!" she immediately said.
Kaagad ko naman na inilayo ang cellphone sa tenga ko dahil sa pagsigaw ni Min. Wala akong tutuli pero parang biglang nangati 'yung tenga ko.
"Hindi ba sinabi ni Yana sa 'yo?" taka ko naman na tanong nang ibalik ko sa tenga ko 'yung cellphone ko.
"Hell no!" Kaagad na bulalas ni Min at napangiwi naman ako.
"Will you please calm down?" mahina pero may inis na sa boses ko. "Ayaw mo naman atang sirain ang eardrum ko, ano?" I added.
Hindi naman siya kaagad nagsalita at saka tumikhim. "Fine, I'll let this slide," she said as she calms down.
Naramdaman ko nama nang pagagalaw ng kama sa likuran ko at may mga braso na pumulupot sa bewang ko. Nilingon ko si Marvin at saka ko naman nakita na naka-bathrobe lang s'ya. Of course, agad ko rin naman iniwas ang tingin ko. Pakiramdam ko kasi kung tititigan ko lang s'ya baka bigla na lamang mag-init ang katawan ko.
Nang iiwas ko ang tingin ko ay hinawakan ko na lang ang kamay niya na nasa bewang ko habang kausap ko Min sa cellphone. "Ano bang problema at napatawag ka? Don't tell me you called me for just this reason?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.
Of course, I know na naiisip na niya ang pagtaas ng kilay ko and by just knowing that, I smirked.
"Of course, not!" she immediately denied. She faked her caughed and added, "Kuya Jared and the government has decided to let us Verdant to graduate this year."
Sandali naman akong napatigil at napakunot ang noo. "Pardon?"
"Shock ka rin, girl?" natatawa na sabi ni Min. "Don't worry hindi ka nag-iisa. Kahit kami rin nina Henry nagulat. Henry asked for the valid reason then the governemnt said that: 'You guys are more than qualified'. Biruin mo 'yun? Oh, Senior Marvin as well. Makaka-graduate rin s'ya with us."
Napatingin ako kay Marvin at nakita ko naman ang pagkunot ng kaniyang noo. S'yempre, hindi niya alam pinag-uusapan namin ni Min and by judging his expression, I know he's quite confused. Lalo pa at ang expression ko lang din ang pinagbabasehan niya sa kung ano ang pinag-uusapan namin ni Min.
"Oh, before I forgot, hindi lang pala high school diploma ang ibibigay sa 'tin, even the college diploma. Hindi ko rin alam kung anong klaseng string ang pinagaalaw ng gobyerno para pumayag ang Department of Education na bigyan tayo ng college diploma kahit na hindi pa tayo nakakatungtong ng college," Min added.
"Maybe because what the school teaches us are all advance?" hindi ko rin siguradong sabi. "Alright, it's already late. You guys go and take a rest."
"Hump! You're just want to have a lovey-dovey moment with your boyfriend! Good bye!" Min said and she hang up the call as soon as she said good bye.
"Loko 'tong si Min ah hindi man lang ako pinatapos," I commented and I felt Marvin's hug from the back. I look back at him. "Let me take a shower first. Feeling ko ang lagkit ko dahil sa hangin ng dagat," reklamo ko naman.
Hindi ko naman na hinintay ang sagot ni Marvin at kaagad na ako nagpunta sa bathroom. I took off my clothes and opened the shower. In-adjust ko ang init at lamig ng tubig at saka ako tuluyan nang naligo. Thinking that Marvin was outside and only wearing a bathrobe, I feel so hot.
I shook my head violently and took a deep breath. No, Kesia, get a hold of yourself. After I took a quick shower, I went out with only a bathrobe on my body. He and I are already lovers again, hindi na rin naman nakakapagtaka if ever something happened between us.
Nang lumabas ako ay nakita ko si Marvin na naka-upo sa sofa at may pagkain sa harapan n'ya. Napakunot naman ang noo ko at lumapit sa kanya. "What? Gutom ka na naman?" pang-aasar ko.
Lumingon s'ya sa 'kin at ngumisi. "No," he said and stood up. "Binigay 'to ng hotel staff at ang sabi ay in-order daw ni Jullia," he explained.
Hinawakan ni Marvin ang kamay ko at saka ako marahan na inalalayan papunta sa sofa. He let me sat on his laps and he pick up a food. "These are all street food," Marvin said as he let me eat a piece of kikiam.
S'yempre kinain ko 'yun, that's my favorite.
"Was that Min who called you?" Marvin started.
I nodded my head and finish chewing my food first before answering, "Yeah."
"What did she tells you?" nag-aalala na tanong ni Marvin.
Tiningnan ko naman si Marvin at saka ngumiti. "The government and Kuya Jared has already decided about something," I started and then took a fishball on my mouth. "Well, we can graduate this year and we can have our diploma. Hindi lang high school diploma kundi pati na rin college diploma."
Kumunot naman ang noo ni Marvin. "College? Pero wala pa tayong napipili na college university," he said.
Nagkibit balikat naman ako. "I don't know about that one." Bumuntong hininga ako at saka lumingon kay Marvin. "Siguro special diploma 'yun," dagdag ko pa.
Ilang sandali bago sumagot si Marvin at saka siya umiling. "I don't think so," he said and he bury his face on my neck. "I don't think that's a special diploma. After all, the things that we learn in the academy is worth of five to six years of learning in college," he explained.
Hindi na ako nagsalita at saka tumango na lang ako. Either what it is, then its no longer our problem. I mean, hindi naman kami ang mamomroblema since they're the one na nagpa-process noon. Also, our team has a month of school break. Hindi nga lang magamit nina Yana ang break na 'yun since they are doing a voluntary work. After this vacation with Marvin, I also think of doing my work. So, that's it.
Since it's been a while, I guess there's no problem at all.
I took a deep breath and then I kissed Marvin. This is the first time I took the initiative so I'm quite nervous. Our kissed deepened as we kiss and I feel Marvin's hands traveling around my body. The parts of my body that he touches are getting hot and then I felt something poking me down there. Thus, I stood up and sat down in his lap with my legs wide open.
Nagising ako dahil sa sinag ng araw na nanggaling sa siwang ng kurtina. Nang sinubukan ko naman na umupo ay napangiwi ako dahil sa sakit ng buong katawan ko. Not just my lower part but my upper body as well. I wear nothing, the bathrobe that we're wearing last night was on the floor. I was practically naked and the person lying and sleeping besides me as well, of course. When I look down on my body, I saw a lot of kiss marks. Napangiwi naman ako dahil sa dami nito.
Seriously, this man does not know how to be gentle! Sabi niya kagabi he'll be gentle but what the heck, my whole body was aching!
"Hmm? You're awake already?" I heard a husky voice besides me and I looked at him.
Damn, why does he looks so sexy when he's just woken up?
Hinila naman n'ya ako ulit pabalik sa paghiga at saka niya ako hinalikan sa noo at niyakap. "Let's sleep for a while, okay? We're going home tomorrow, let's use this time to have a time for us," he said.
Time for us? Anong tawag sa time namin nang dumating kami dito? Time for others? What the hell?
I was about to nag him when I saw him sleeping already. I give up, hindi ko kaya ang lalaking 'to. He's too handsome.
"I love you," I heard him murmured. "I love you, Kesia..." he repeated.
Napatigil ako saglit at saka napangiti. I hugged him tight and whispered. "I love you, too, Marvin."
