Nang tumango ako para payagan si Sir Vinle na gawin ang dapat niyang gawin ay kaagad naman siya na lumapit kay Marvin. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang nangyari pero bigla na lamang nakatulog nang mahimbing si Marvin. Doon ko na-realize na kahit na nagpapahinga na siya ay hindi pa rin siya totally na nakakapagpahinga.
"He's resting but his body didn't," I heard Miss Rika said as she is watching Sir Vinle to do his job. "Because of the poison in his body, it makes his organ work trice than normal. His body is doing it's best to protect him so it work trice than normal," she explained to me. "Kaya naman kahit na anong pahinga niya pag gising niya ay pakiramdam niya pagod pa rin siya. It will only hinder his recovery so we did some research and it finally completed," she added.
I clenched my fist on my chest as I watch Marvin having a hard time. He's sweating a lot when Sir Vinle finally give him a shot. After that, a minute later, Sir Vinle took a knife and made a little wound on his right index finger. Hindi ko nga napansin kung kelan nakakuha si Sir Vinle ng basin na may tubig pero sa tingin ko ay isa na 'yuns a ability niya.
Both Miss Rika and I saw how the clear white water inside the basin became black because of the blood that has a poison. On the corner of my eyes, I saw Miss Rika nodded her head. It looks like everything is going on their plan, that everything is finally okay now.
Gaya nang sinabi ni Miss Rika hindi nga inabot ng isang oras ang ginawa ni Sir Vinle. I think it only took thirty minutes dahil hindi nila akalain na sobrang dami pala ng poison na nasa loob ng katawan ni Marvin.
"We'll be back tomorrow," Miss Rika said.
"Hindi namin pwede ubusin ang poison ngayong araw dahil mauubusan lamang siya ng dugo," kaagad na paliwanag ni Sir Vinle. "However, he'll be a little okay tomorrow. His restless organ finally breathe a little so he won't be a look a so much tired tomorrow. Of course, pagod pa rin ang katawan niya pero hindi na ito gaya ng dati. We'll be here tomorrow evening, okay?"
Tumango naman ako ng ulo. "Yes, Sir," I answered. "Um," I couldn't say a single word and I look at my mom.
"As for your mom," Miss Rika said and she frowned. "We'll look at her tomorrow as well. I saw a little black smoke within her so I think we'll need Jaja tomorrow to release her from the poison smoke in her body," she added.
I gasped. "Poison smoke?" I repeated.
Both of them nod. "She was with the organization for a long time, right? They've been torturing her using a special smoke and that smoke if hindi ito matatanggal again ay magiging malaking problema. Sa amin, si Jaja lamang ang kaya na mag-alis ng poison smoke so we'll be here tomorrow evening with her."
Tumango naman ako dahil alam ko na gagawin nila ang lahat para maligtas si Marvin at ang Mommy ko. I don't doubt them since they already do a lot for me and for my family. My dad is with them.
"Um, how about dad?" I asked.
They looked at each other and Miss Rika said, "Hindi ko pa pwede sabihin ang kundisyon ng daddy mo in detail but I could say that he's getting better. If there's no problem, he'll be able to go home as early as we could possibly think."
Napakumo naman ang kamao ko. Of course, they won't tell me about dad since his condition is a lot more serious than we could think. Hindi ko naman sila sinisisi roon dahil alam ko naman na kung ano ang pinagmulan ni Daddy at alam ko naman din na hinding hindin iya kami iiwan. He won't let us suffer without him.
I nodded my head. "Thank you for taking care of my Dad," I said, and bowed my head.
Both of them smiled at me after I thank them and left. Napabuntong hininga na lamang ako nang makaalis na silang dalawa. They're good people and I know that but their presence really always make me feel like nothing. I mean, their presence are intimidating, too much pressure when I am with them in the same room. However, it makes me feel like nothing but it doesn't make me feel insecure. Siguro dahil alam ko na may bagay talaga na kaya nilang gawin at hindi namin kayang gawin pero may mga bagay na kaya naming gawin at hindi nila kaya.
