Black woke up against the windshield, blood trickling around him. Him and his tentacles had many little cuts, some with glass still stuck in them. Blue was still out cold, but the seatbelt on the seat saved him from any cuts.
Their ship had been wedged between two mountains. The ship was slightly tilted forward, so if you got out of the back you'd be walking up a slight incline. A couple of Impostors looked up through the glass, both concerned and sly looks on their faces. Black growled at them and tore a piece of glass from his tentacles, wincing in pain.
Black spent the next hour tearing glass from his tentacles and body. Luckily, by then the impostors lost interest and left. Blue woke up just as Black finished tearing the last piece of glass from his hand.
Blue unbuckled his seatbelt and looked around. Black was standing right behind his chair, and hearing this movement, rushed to his side.
"Are you okay?" Black asked.
"Better than you, that's for sure," Blue answered, analyzing Black's cuts. "You should probably summon your tentacles back, we can find a medic later."
"We can't, but I can."
"What do you mean?"
"We're on Polus, remember? This place was taken over by impostors. Very hungry impostors. It's way too dangerous for a Crewmate."
"Are you saying I'm weak?"
"...yes."
"Well, that's correct, but I'm still angry. Won't they find me in the wreakage if you leave me here?"
"True..." Black desperately tried to think of a better solution. "...Fine, I'm taking you."
They both crept to the edge of the ship. Blue almost took a step forward off the ship and Black pulled him back. The floor was about 5 stories down. Black summoned his tentacles from the ground below, and pulled them upward. Then, Black and Blue climbed on top of them, and they were slowly lowered down to the floor.
"Now, listen to me, Blue," Black whispered to Blue, looking around for any possible listeners. "You are an impostor. You got me?"
Blue cast a nervous look towards Black and nodded. "I got you."
They crept towards a nearby bush and hid behind it.
"Wow, this is amazing!" Black gasped. Blue sent a slightly angry, slightly concerned look towards Black. But it looked like he kind of understood how Black saw this as amazing.
Polus was just as it was in Black's dream. Snow fluttered down from the sky in flurries, impostors were laughing and training, and mini impostors were building snowmen.
Except...
There was a tense feeling hanging in the air. Blood was all over the floor, and there was even an impostor being dragged off screaming and crying. And the impostor was a full-grown adult, so it couldn't have just been a pity party.
They were settled right by the door to O2, so Black and Blue managed to get a nice view of all the commotion. And there were so many impostors, they had to be identified by hat, not color. Black and Blue wouldn't blend in at all, as neither of them had any hat.
They decided to start moving, as they were pretty suspicious hiding behind a bush. They walked around fairly aimlessly, gawking at the various activities the impostors were up to. Black was surprised they managed to create such a society, especially with such little crewmates. The impostors favorite food.
They walked up watched adorable little mini impostors throw knives at targets. A small lime impostor threw a knife at a target, stumbling over a rock and falling flat on his face. The mini impostor was frustrated, but Black had to admit, it was adorable.
