A/N: Hey guys sorry for the super long wait, I've been trying to focus on my writing but school has obviously been catching up to me again, I should also mention that as soon as my winter break ends I'm back to testing so chapters will obviously be more difficult to upload but I'll try to update whenever I can, thanks for the support on this story and onto the chapter -MaNg0

Today was the last day of school before winter break started and everyone seemed happy.

The school was decorated head to toe in Christmas decorations and the kids were very excited waiting until the bell rang so they could all leave and spend time with their families.

It should be cheer and joy for everyone, right?

Not exactly...

Naomi had just ended a call with their older sister Akira and it left them in a disappointed mood. Their parents —who promised Naomi— had to do more work instead of spending time with them both and it was no surprise that they did this again.

Although Naomi secretly wishes that for once in her lifetime her parents could come home and enjoy the holidays with them, especially Akira, that just wasn't going to happen...not in a long time..

"Only forty-two minutes and it is officially winter break!"

Naomi turned around and saw her friend Randy who seemed to be in a cheerful mood —surprisingly— talking to Howard however Naomi noticed that Howard seemed more quiet and so she decided to approach the two.

"Hey guys, what's up?" She greeted the two.

"Naomi! Perfect timing! I was just talking to Howard about what we're gonna do for the break!" Randy smiled but Howard still seemed somewhat distracted.

"That's great for you guys"
"Yeah! So what are your plans?" He asked.

Naomi sweated nervously fidgeting with their hands for a second "Uh...well-"

Before Naomi could say something they heard Bucky singing very loudly

"This song is for my friend, Flute girl, it is my Christmas gift to her! It's a song that I wrote, It's a song that I wrote-!"

The more Bucky was singing the more Flute girl seemed very annoyed at Bucky with his obnoxious singing and Naomi couldn't agree less.

Flute girl then hit Bucky in the head with her book, stopping him in mid-song and making him fall down on the ground.

Bucky looked up confused "Hey, you said you wanted the gift of tunes for Christmas!"

Flute girl groaned in response as she slammed her locker door before turning back to Bucky "Ugh! I said I wanted a McFist's tune gift card! Pull your dinger out of your ear!"

And with that Flute girl angrily walked away and the crowd that had formed around when Bucky was singing his song started to laugh at him and he started to cry.

The trio looked at Bucky with an awkward silence.

"So...what are we doing tonight? Movie marathon? Game marathon?" Randy asked, turning to Howard.

Naomi rolled her eyes at Randy but she suddenly had a bad feeling about something so she turned around.

Looking back she saw that some stank had surrounded Bucky and started to turn him into a monster Naomi's eyes widened at the sight and she quickly nudged the two behind her.
